Question:	Does this tea contain artificial sugars in it. like saccharin or aspartame
Answer:	Yes, their instructions are quite vague. Optional First Step: heat the pot (which you are going to brew the tea) with hot water. Let this sit briefly to heat up the pot (1 minute is fine) then pour out the water you used to heat the pot. This is done just to heat the pot, not tea involved. Note that this step is more important if you are using a clay, porcelain, glass or metal pot to brew your tea. Second Step: Boil water then wait until temperature drops to 170 to 185 Fahrenheit (76 to 85 C). Third Step: Add tea to pot, then pour your water over tea to steep. Fourth Step: Steep tea between 1 and 4 minutes. Pull tea bag out. Their tea is quality enough you can usually get 3 different steepings from 1 bag. Note: You can try different temperatures (between 170 and 185) and different steep times (between 1 and 4 minutes) to see where you like your tea. I prefer mine steeped closer to 175 for 2 minutes on the first steep then 170 for 1 minute for the next two steepings.

Answer:	I believe I previously answered this question, but the tin measures 3-1/4" wide, 4-1/2" tall. The tea is wonderful.

Answer:	Sachets can be used for either, I like strong tea and if ur making a pot which usually holds 7 cups I would put in 1-2 extra sachets. For a cup 1:1 ratio for a pot also 1:1 unless u want it stronger. It’s trial and error regarding ur taste

Answer:	30 bags per tin. Sometimes 3 tons are bundled in a sale for a total of 90 bags in 4 tins. Love this tea

Answer:	I don't know why it has spiked recently but I can tell you the price fluctuates quite a bit. Maybe, like fruit, it's seasonal? I'm not sure.

Answer:	It does not contain sugar, but it is sweet from natural ingredient. It probably doesn't have much calories at all. I drink it every single day.

Answer:	It depends on how much you use. I have a pot that i add 3-4 teabags in & it makes three nice servings. It is a large bag & the tea is delicious. ( my favorite)

Answer:	I haven't been concerned about the ingredients. But that tea is so tasty, I would probably drink it if it had arsenic in it. Every tea I have gotten from Harney and Sons has been excellent, so I wouldn't worry.

Answer:	I've ordered it before but stopped using it and other Harney &Sons flavored teas because they do include artificial flavors (which probably accounts for why they're more strongly-flavored than more natural flavored teas). Answer:	It is amazing! I was forced to go decaf because of a medical condition. I DO let it brew for a longer time to get the best cinnamon spice flavor. They recommend 3-5 minutes I think? I brew at least 10 minutes. Hope they never stop making it! I’m seriously addicted to it! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Answer:	Usually decaffeinated teas/coffees contain traces of caffeine, perhaps about 1% to 3% or so. The terms decaffeinated and caffeine-free are not the same. If you're sensitive to caffeine, you may want to consider caffeine-free products.

Answer:	The package says that it is a blend of three types of cinnamon. I love this tea, it is delicious!

Answer:	I didn’t know it was polyester but I can tell you the bag is the same beautiful teabag their other teas are in. It’s not the usual paper-like bag regular teas come in. Hope this helps!
