Answer:	I have not had this problem and I'm getting ready to order a box for the 17th time! I drink Military Grade Organic coffee but have tried Nutpods in other coffees successfully too. I add the creamer after dripping my coffee with water no hotter than 200 degrees.

As it states, collagen is a protein found in mammals. Cows are mammals. Grass-fed (and finished, an important yet often left out distinction) cows are considered better among the paleo community. Question:	Can you clarify the refrigeration issue? Above it says no refrigeration required, and then it says once opened, refrigerate when not in use
Answer:	It still has chocolate "qualities" in the taste. Raw cold pressed Cacao is not roasted like Cocoa. The roasting is eliminated so the nutrients are not lost during the exposure to high levels of heat. Remember Cacao has 30x more antioxidants than even blueberries if you keep the heat under 120 degrees. Its worth a try....you may never go back to cocoa.

We do recommend keeping in a dark cool place when able, as if left in the baking sun the oils in the product will liquefy, then clump up when recooled. This is not a spoilage issue, and the clumps will still disolve in hot coffee, but not quite as easily.. Aloha...
