According to my calculations, 1 lb of powdered cream will give you 16.5 cups of liquid cream. See my math below. My answer in volumetric units 1 Cup= 16 Tbs 3/8 Cup is approximately 6 Tbs 16 Tbs (water) + 6 Tbs (powder) = 22 Tbs, or 1 3/8 cups of cream or 1.38 cup Number of 'batches' of liquid cream from 1 lb, or 75 Tbs 75/6 = 12.5 12.5 batches of 1.38 cups cream 12.5 x 1.38= 16.5 cups reconstituted cream.

Answer:	I put a spoonful in the bottom of cup and pour coffee over, then stir briskly. Takes a few seconds for it to melt. Not as easy dissolving as non-dairy creamer, but this is SO much better tasting. This has nice buttery overtones, and you don't need to use a lot. I'd say it's even better tasting than "fresh" heavy cream in a carton.

Combine: 1 c chopped nuts, 1/2 c granulated sugar, 1/2 c brown sugar, 1/4 c flour, 1 tsp ground cinnamon and 6 Tbs cold butter (cut into pieces) in medium bowl. Mix with fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Answer:	I'm not sure when they ship it, but I've been ordering a shipment of individual cup at least every other month since I've been deployed to Afghanistan and they always expire about 6-8 weeks after I get them. I dont have the exact exp. dates, but they are very shelf stable. no problems yet!

Answer:	Yes it does. It doesn’t have lactose, but it has casein. So if you’re just needing lactose free you’re in luck. If you need to avoid casein, don’t get this.

Answer:	Seems to depend on which Amazon seller has the item available. Sometimes it's helpful to click on the "other sellers" little blue print on the right hand side of the screen-not always though. Also sometimes it seems like as soon as an item is put in " the cart" the price increases if the item is not bought the same day. Not so with all sellers, however. Other times, it could be supply and demand or other availability reasons, just guessing.

Featuring fresh strawberries drizzled in a flavorful balsamic sauce and topped with a lightly whipped mascarpone

Preparation time: 15 min. Cooking time: 5 min. Cooling time: 10 min.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Balsamic vinegar

4 oz Mascarpone cheese

4 cups Strawberries quartered

2 tsp Granulated sugar

3 Tbsp Coffee-mate Original Liquid Creamer. 2 tsp Brown sugar. 1 tsp Lemon Peel. Pinch Black pepper, ground.

Preparation:

Combine vinegar & granulated sugar in small saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium. Cook gently until reduced by half. Pour into small bowl & cool to room temperature. Place mascarpone cheese and Coffee-mate in small mixer bowl; beat until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. Combine strawberries & brown sugar in large bowl; toss gently. Let stand for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper; toss gently to coat. Spoon about 1/2 cup strawberries into individual bowls; drizzle with balsamic syrup. Top with large dollop of mascarpone mixture. Sprinkle with lemon peel.
