Question:	Does This Contain Caffeine
Answer:	From what ive read, there is no way to unlock the box if you have forgotten you code. However, a little tid bit for you to possibly help you on your journey of oopening it again. A typical code of 1, 6, 2, 7, 3 is the same as say 5, 0, 4, 9, 3. Basically the code registers "sides" but provides numbers for you to better disguise the code. So if your code was 12675 then its really left side, left side, right side, right side, left side. So basically pressing 1 as your first number in reality you could press the 5 and it be the same. So as long as you press a number on the same side as what you thought you originally programmed it as then you may eventually get it back unlocked. Not exactly the answer you were looking for but atleast its something you can run with until you crack it.
Question:	what is the expiration date of the product for newly placed orders in March of
Answer:	You can change the code - This assumes you used your old code and got the lid separated from the box - pull of the white Kidde plastic plate off to reveal the set screws and corresponding button numbers - Get your magnifier glass out - look very closely at each screw to reveal the directional arrow - which is almost invisible to the naked eye. Stand the lid with the key holder up - (1 off 6) on the instructional plate. Then with a screw driver align all the arrows on the screw straight up. That means all the 10 screws are in the off position. Then press clear on the Front of the lid. Now write the numbers you want to use as your new code. (A birthday might help memory usage) Next with your screw driver, on the screw side of the lid, turn only the numbers you want to use in the on position down or in the opposite direction (0 on 5). Now press the clear on the other side of the lid. Time to test push the number pins in your new code and try the open button. You will see both the open and the clear buttons move and the lock moves inside the device to lock. Put your key(s) on the holder place the Kidde white screw cover back on and you are good to go. You must put the code in. Hold the OPEN button down on the lid until you position the lid on the box bottom first never releasing the open button until it is in the lock position. You cannot open the box without a working code.

Answer:	Mine worked about a week. The first amazon person to help me was expecting me to go through the company that manufactured it! Then I was to send back with my key in it! Finally I got someone that got realistic and refunded me. Good luck! I was very unhappy as I had read all reviews.

Answer:	Nope. There are no flavored coffee in the Medium Sampler Pack.

Answer:	No, sadly, they don't. You can make them work by inserting them into a universal, reusable filter cup, such as Solofill. Or, you can cut the tops off the newer k-cups and place them over your incompatible ones. Both of these are a pain, however. It's a shame that Keurig decided to add this inconvenience to its new machine, which otherwise is a dazzling machine. I have both a 2.0 and a 3-year-old original Keurig. I use the 2.0 for compatible K-cups and my older model for all others.
Question:	Why does the top of the pod keep coming un-glued? I am getting coffee grounds in my cup. Almost every one I use does this
Answer:	It's been over a year since I received 40 different flavors, 3 or 4 different orders, duplicates in everyone. Probably received on average 30-35 different flavors. Not the quality of past, but I guess you can say Anything in advertising. It would be nice if they could deliver 40 different flavor's, not just say it in their inaccurate description

Answer:	I have been ordering these coffee pods for many months now. I have noticed that both the foil they use is very strong and sometimes in not pierced completely. I had replaced my coffee machine and perhaps with the new machine, the pieces that pierce the top and bottom of the pods was sharper, I never ever had a problem. With my old machine, I would often open and close the loader twice. I never really had a problem. I actually really enjoy the coffee as well.

Answer:	We get our coffee from a local (non-chain) roaster, who provides a variety of robust roasts. We grind the beans in a burr grinder and use a French press, which gets results similar to the Italian roast K-cups.

Answer:	No, to compost, the top is foil. I had to cancel my orders with Peets because the cups would come damaged and coffee would be everywhere. Diane Nachlas
