Answer:	No it's not a high in caffeine however like any coffee the caffeine response is personal. When I drank 2 cups in the morning and an afternoon expresso cuban coffee. I wasn't affected by coffee like I am now. The caramel vanilla cream is one of the flavors that has a good balance between coffee flavor and creamy vanilla flavor without either overpowering the other.

Answer:	In my experience, the K-cups fit all Keurig brewers from the mini to the large capacity. You didn't say what kind of brewer you have, but they will not fit in the Vue or the Rivo models. Hope this helps.
