Coat grill grates with no-stick cooking spray. Heat grill to medium (325°F to 350°F). Season tenderloin with salt and pepper. Turning occasionally, grill 20 to 25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove from heat; tent with foil. Allow meat to rest 5 minutes before slicing. Dissolve ¼ teaspoon Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee Crystals in 1/2 teaspoon wine vinegar in small cup. Heat oil in small skillet over medium heat. Add ½ teaspoon minced gingeroot and 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic. Cook 1 minute. Answer:	It is a strong cup of coffee. Taste good, in my opinion. I use it for traveling and camping, or if I run out of fresh beans at home. Dislike cheap Hotel coffee. Without caffeine, my wheels don't turn.

Answer:	Hey Marlene. Glad you chose this brand and product for it's quality is unsurpassed, to me anyway. I haven't had to deal with clumps for awhile due to the my way of applying the powder. As opposed to putting in my desired amount and stirring, I stir as I pour the powder in the cup. That way it doesn't have a chance to settle as it's being mixed right in. That omits the clumps and a potential mess. Hope this helps and may every cup be an unforgettable experience.
