Answer:	I’m not sure what the spots you have look like, but if it’s the stains that the espresso leaves in the pot, that’s normal. If you’re spots are just discoloring or greying water spots, that’s normal too if you don’t dry everything throughly.

15-Bar Standard Pressure

15-bar is the standard pressure to brew rich-tasting espresso, ensure the best coffee flavors.

Should Not Exceed the Water Tank MAX Capacity

Remove the detachable tank and fill it with clean water.

Note: Please wipe the residual water on the valve on the back of machine before re-installing the water tank. The water level should not exceed the MAX line in the tank, or it will overturn out from the water tank.

Precautions about Coffee Powder

Do not use ground coffee too coarse, or it will cause a very weak espresso.

Do not exceed the MAX line on the funnel. A spoonful of powder is about 7g. When making coffee, please put 2 spoons of powder.

Do not temper the coffee powder too hard, or it will cause a very slowly brew and consequent coffee bad flavour.

Removable Cup Holder

The bottom of the machine is a movable cup holder. Not just small coffee cups, large coffee cups also can use this machine.

You can remove the cup holder at the bottom of the machine, if your cup is too tall/large.

Milk Foaming Precautions

You can adjust the amount of steam according to personal preference

For better milk foam effect, it is recommended to fill the pitcher with milk and insert the frothing nozzle into milk about 1 cm.

Answer:	As of 2010, all Gaggia espresso and coffee machines are still manufactured in Milan at the Robecco sul Naviglio factory. The 2015 Gaggia Classic was built in Romania instead. The black pods: Vellutato is intended for 100% arabica Ristretto. You have to consider that "Ristretto" is just a way of making a Espresso Coffee that is shorter than typical and more concentrated. Ristretto is about the very first brew. Typically it is about 30ml or 1 OZ. In this case with this blend mentioned, you will be able to make a 100% Arabica Ristretto that has a great aroma and it is not to creamy but more watery and this is typical of the 100% Arabica coffee beans. If you are looking for a Creamy Ristretto instead with more body and stronger, I would suggest you to go with DECISO o FORTE Blends. Answer:	I have only one box and about half of the pods worked in my 2.0 brewer and the rest went "Oops!". I tried making coffee this morning and four of them all came up "Oops!" and would not work. I'm really disappointed with the product since they are supposed to work in 2.0 machines but obviously this is not always the case. Keurig offered no help except for telling me to buy a different product next time. Thanks, Keurig! It would be nice if Brooklyn Beans would step in and offer to help me out since their product did not live up to the claims made and I paid about $38.00 at the time for a box.

Answer:	You can put a larger cup right in front (but not inside) the machine, and use a much larger--including 12 oz--cup. I do that alot--no need to remove the pieces inside the machine. You can also program this machine easily to give you the volume you prefer (I have programmed my for 8 oz). But if you like really strong coffee, you might not want to do that.
Question:	Do the used cup go into a storage container within the machine
Answer:	Yes, when you lift the lever, the used capsules fall into a container below. It fits about 6 capsules. The container slides out like a drawer for emptying/cleaning.

Answer:	No 'pack date'; just stamped 'use by 01/21/21'; personally I don't think that means a whole lot as the cans are vacuum sealed

Answer:	This is am extra fine espresso. The container says for espresso and professional cappuccino base. I do not see anything that says that you cannot but I never have used it for anything outside of the recommended use.
Question:	Is the grind fine enough to make Turkish coffee with
Answer:	It is an extra fine grind, however not a Turkish grind but can be used for Turkish coffee.
Question:	What is "all-purpose grind? Can this be used in an espresso machine
Answer:	I bought this Gaviña espresso "extra fine grind" coffee for my expresso machine. I noticed that it has a more difficult time making the espresso. When cleaning the coffee grounds after use, I noticed that because it is "extra fine", it become extra compact, making it more difficult to pass water through. I suggest you only use this if you have a decent machine. Otherwise, I would suggest the regular Gaviña Expresso grounds that come in a white can instead of the gold. Hope this helps.
