Answer:	Thank you for your question and reaching out to us. Our Ground Coffee is our Drip grind. Drip grind is best for K-Cup refillable filters, pour over cone drips, cone/basket filters, and Chemex. It is a finer ground. We carry Espresso grind but Drip grind can be used for Espresso as well.

Answer:	Yes, it is for six 12oz traditional roast bangs of WHOLE BEAN. I was confused too, but took a chance. I was a 20 year Gevalia coffee member, but recently, due to the repackaging of their coffees, they did not send me my normal shipment and I was almost out. Since I generally don't like other coffees due to the high acid content, I decided to take a chance and see if Amazon had it, not thinking they would since Gevalia did not, but they did and at a better price by far. I normally got 8 eight oz boxes from Gevalia every 6 weeks with shipping for around $55 so it was a no brainer to order the 6 twelve oz from Amazon. I subsequently cancelled my membership with Gevalia. .

Our Story

In 1919 my great grandfather 'Cap' Saurage discovered the secret of making our special coffee. He named it 'Community Coffee' out of appreciation for his community of friends and the customers he served. Four generations later, our family is still active in selecting, roasting, and perfecting great-tasting blends for coffee lovers everywhere.

Question:	Is this coffee used to make their mochas at their coffee chains
Answer:	No. Mochas are made with milk, mocha sauce and espresso beans.
Question:	Which blend do they use for their iced coffees
Answer:	I make a full pot each morning, any leftovers I pour into a glass carafe, put into the refrigerator and drink as ice coffee. Or make into “coffee cubes”. It’s the reheating that makes coffee bitter I believe. Start with the best coffee, you end up with the best ice coffee.
Question:	What is the shelf life of this coffee -- the recommended use by date -- compared to the shipping date
Answer:	Like one comment from before you can do a vacuum seal to prolong the shelf life and/or at the same time with or without vacuum seal, store them in a freezer ziploc bag in the freezer.

Question:	The reviews say this is decaf but is it
Answer:	I believe that it would say decaf on the label if it were. For some reason the reviews all seemed to be reviewing different types/flavors of coffee and not just the house blend. So in my opinion, if it doesn’t say decaf on the label it’s regular coffee.

Answer:	Because it can be stored in a pantry, no refrigeration needed, until opened.
Question:	i used to get wonderful coffee at the v.a. from a seattles best machine. my favorite was level 3. is this the same that is used in the machine
Answer:	i've never had this out of a machine, i sure wish they sold it in them around here, but it is level 3, and it is delicious coffee, seattle's best is my favorite, by far, of the others on the market.
