In general, a lot of juices - especially citrus juices are on the acidic side. In regards to BPA, all our cans are using a BPA-NI can liner, or BPA-not intended. In response to your inquiry about the water in our beverages, I would first like to confirm that all of the water used in Spindrift products undergoes reverse osmosis (RO) treatment prior to use and the source differs based on the production facility. Since the water in our beverages comes from municipal water sources that may be fluoridated - the reverse osmosis step during the production process removes virtually all minerals.

Answer:	We use the gloves to pull pans out of a commercial oven that are at 450-500 degrees and have not had a problem with them. They work will and the guys really appreciate them.
