| Answer: | I must admit I've never tried to defeat my lock with pliers, but I suppose if a large pipe wrench was used to get a good grip on the lock and a cheater bar was added to the handel of the pipe wrench enough twisting force could be generated to defeat this lock. But the same be true for most locks. I call these "what if" questions. Well what if freaking Sputnik came down and smashed the lock?..... It is a reasonably good lock. Not the best but good for the money. I like it because its disc design prohibits most bolt cutter attacts and the combination prohibits LE from illegal entry, at least until they beat the combination out of me. I would buy it again. |

Also, with my alarm when I put in the code it locks the door and also turns on the alarm. Let's say your running late and you need to let family or friends in. You can open the door using your phone. You can give kids, family members, housekeeper, etc. different codes for to access. |

| Answer: | pHenomenal does NOT contain additional minerals. It begins as regular water (H2O) and in the manufacturing process 1 Hydrogen molecule is removed. Once ingested, free radical Hydrogen molecules inside the body will be attracted to it, re-forming to H2O which is then eliminated by the body. It is completely different than other alkaline products in that they have all had a combination of alkaline minerals (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium) added to water to create alkalinity. Again- pHenomenal has nothing added to it at all. pHenomenal just happens to be incredibly alkaline, 500 times more so than an an 8.5pH water. As it contains no added minerals the solution is shelf-stable indefinitely. |

| Answer: | Using "Distilled Water" is always BEST as it is a pH neutral 7.0 so it won't effect the strength of the pHenomenal water. If your RO water is testing at a 7.0 pH then its OK. If its above 7.0 then some of its strength will be diluted by your water source being above 7.0 due to pHenomenals very high affinity for acids. .Please know that Shannon worked hard to eliminate all the "variables" that were affecting the strength of the pHenomenal and found, after testing many water sourcesthat it was the different waters that were affecting the potency of the pHenomenal. | Answer: | There are no ingredients to reveal. As all of our materials and videos explain pHenomenal begins as pure water. The manufacturing process uses heat, magnetism and alkaline compounds but in the correct order and correct timing which removes hydrogen (creating a hydroxide); the alkaline compounds are filtered out then while it's in that state we seal it in a bottle. The liquid can't find a hydrogen (acidity) while sealed in the bottle so when it gets consumed it fills the void (the missing hydrogen) and turns back into water. No ingredients are listed on the bottle because the trace ingredients remaining after the manufacturing process are below FDA labeling requirements. Independent lab tests of both the concentrate and when mixed into neutral water are always available on our website- the files cannot be uploaded here in this listing as due to image-size restrictions they would be too small to be legible. |
