Answer:	There are no ingredients to reveal. As all of our materials and videos explain pHenomenal begins as pure water. The manufacturing process uses heat, magnetism and alkaline compounds but in the correct order and correct timing which removes hydrogen (creating a hydroxide); the alkaline compounds are filtered out then while it's in that state we seal it in a bottle. The liquid can't find a hydrogen (acidity) while sealed in the bottle so when it gets consumed it fills the void (the missing hydrogen) and turns back into water. No ingredients are listed on the bottle because the trace ingredients remaining after the manufacturing process are below FDA labeling requirements. Independent lab tests of both the concentrate and when mixed into neutral water are always available on our website- the files cannot be uploaded here in this listing as due to image-size restrictions they would be too small to be legible.

Answer:	To reset you must have the last combo entered. When you get it the combo is set on 0000. Now you set your own 4 numbers from 0 to 9. I have used 8 of these plus you can reset if you have the last combo. There is a dial on the back that you turn to lock in combo.

Answer:	Hi yes it list what is in the bottle (which is BPA Free) Ingredients: are Purified Water infused with traces of Calcium, Potassium,Magnesium and Zinc. It does not say which Magnesium. I also like the fact that it tells you to use a calibrated pH meter or high range pH reagent drops to accurately verify you pH level. DO NOT USE low range pH strips made to test human fluids. One other thing I like is it has a shelf life of 2 years. I like the taste and it never gets to be 1 year shelf life let alone 2. Hope this helps.
