Answer:	It's been awhile, but I believe the fruit punch was light red and the berry had some color too, but not very deep, rich colors. My kids are really young. They did squeeze a lot out of some of the boxes and they didn't stain anything with them that I can think of, so they washed out of clothes, but I don't know how well they'd clean out of carpets or furniture because they weren't allowed to have them there.

Answer:	No but it has 19 grams of sugar which is almost 40% of a persons daily amount. I would only drink them when I did my 16 miles a day rides. I wasn’t hungry after riding but I needed the sugar to think and I was always dehydrated after my rides. Caffeine makes me more dehydrated and less able to think. It’s good when I want to wash and detail my SUV!!
