Answer:	My personal favorites are caramel, vanilla cafe latte and banana in that order. Pumpkin spice was also tasty in small quantities (I've piecemealed my order since October). Peaches and cream and strawberries and cream were just okay but based on smell and their sacrine sweet taste i felt like i was drinking something akin to a scented candle. As for the choco varieties, i have yet to find a chocolate protein shake i like, this was no different. Yuck! Im not a fan of cinnamon so i skipped cinnamon roll all together.

Answer:	Milk protein and lactose are two different things. A person with lactose intolerance can still have milk protein. Milk protein is a protein and lactose is a sugar. The ingredients indicate only 1g of sugar, but list sucralose. Sucralose is a sugar, so this is where the 1g of sugar is coming from. Ensure Max Protein drinks also list 1g of sugar with sucralose listed as a sugar and it is suitable for lactose intolerance individuals. I have not had the Premier Protein shakes, but I've had the Ensure Max with no problems and I am lactose intolerant.

Answer:	$25.06 for a dozen 11.5oz bottles. The cookies and cream taste amazing, I love it! 1 bottle keeps me from feeling hungry for about 5-6 hours

Answer:	Freezing them could change the consistency if you freeze them and thaw them out. That's why freezing milk isn't recommended. The only way to change the protein would be with heat. With the right application of heat, you can denature protein. A good experiment to see this at work is frying an egg. That's why the clear runny stuff around the yolk turns white while you cook it. Freeze away (I love dumping it in a blender with ice to get a similar effect.)

I found the 26g Chocolate far sweeter by comparison, which makes sense, as the 26g has more sugar- not really a fan of the 26g's sweetness. I personally prefer the 42g chocolate version. Even better is the 42g vanilla- smoother.

Answer:	there is a 100 calorie version of the muscle milk that you may be referring to. It is much thinner than this one. This one is the original muscle milk, thicker, 160 calories, and it takes better than the thinner one (to me). The thinner one has an artificial taste to me. I like this one, the thicker one, better. I use it as creamer in my coffee or just drink it straight!

Answer:	No it does not. I store them in a cool dry place without issue. Once opened, I would consume immediately so there is no need for refrigeration regardless.

Answer:	I ran into a similar question yesterday. The 14oz's label says 5 grams of sugar and customers were saying this is a recent change for Core Power. It's not natural sugar - it's an artificial sweetener. The 11.5 oz bottles do list 26 grams of sugar, unfortunately, but we now know cane suger is better for you than artificials. So, I changed my order yesterday and went for the smaller 11.5 oz. I just picked mine up and it definitely says 26 grams of sugar. Customers were saying the artificial sweetener had changed the product's taste and not in a good way. I only use straight stevia at home now. And if I buy a soda I check the back for cane sugar vs high fructose corn syrup or artificial. Long answer but I hope it helps. I'll hhave to buy a 14 oz bottle and see if I notice the change in taste.

Question:	What is the expiration date on these
Answer:	I bought a case in mid-March 2019 and the expiration date is May 2020. So they have a pretty long shelf-life.

Answer:	The back of the bottle says 6 g of sugar. The fifth ingredient is original organic cane sugaR. The 10th ingredient listed is Stevia extract I find them very tasty and not too sweet

Answer:	I just discovered that dietary fiber dropped from 10g to 1g in the last batch that I ordered. I was buying this product for the fiber (40%) as much as for the protein. I feel like this was a bait and switch... no warning, the graphics look almost identical so no signaling that the product had changed.

Answer:	Natural things added in order to keep their recipe "private". I would recommend calling them if you have concerns. I have gotten frustrated with this also. I would like to see if they manufacturer will answer this and at least address that it does not contain additional sweeteners not mentioned.

Answer:	It says 3.50/count, and if you multiply 3.50 x 4 it = 14.00, so that would appear to mean 4 packs of 4 individual drinks. Answer:	Yes. I've lost 20 lbs drinking 2 shakes a day but I drink 1/2 for best then a yogurt whip for lunch or egg. Then 1/2 the 1st shake whenever I get hu gryphon again and do the same with the second shake. I eat meat and eggs in s.all portions if I'm still hungry but it has been working and I'm not hungry. Someti.es I sneak a lindt chocolate truffle..once or twice a week. I've been doing this a long time.over 6 months. I could lose more quickly but don't want to feel deprived. I sneak an occasional french fry too

Answer:	Every single time I get these protein shakes they have always come in plastic bottles. They go right into the recycle bin when I’m done. I have never received anything with collapsible material. I ordered two boxes each month and I’ve had them for over a year and a half. Answer:	The 11.5 oz is $23.99, and the 14 oz is $30.43. The nutritional components per bottle are exactly the same. The larger size contains more water, so you're paying $6 more for a heavier, watered down product.
Question:	Did anyone notice any changes in their bodies physically with daily use of this drink
Answer:	I've lost 38+ pounds in 4 months, and i'm beginning March, 2016 with great success! I planned ahead and managed carefully through Thanksgiving and Christmas. I'm now beginning the 5th month. I hope to plan carefully for March now! I want/need to lose another 40 pounds by keeping up my routine of 'being prepared' and never being without a 'shake' within reach! When I do have a 'snack attack', I think it through, and drink a shake! I like the vanilla flavor well enough to drink it at 'room temperature', and I always keep them in an insulated chest in my car to protect against an unexpected winter 'freeze'. This spring, I will likely tote a small lunch bag from the house when I go anywhere. I am physically unable to exercise other than walking when necessary, but I cut out all breads, carbohydrates, desserts, and all possible and reasonable other compromising types of foods. I always stay overly stocked up on things to 'help me' through a crisis, such as emergencies, unplanned trips, etc., to avoid having opportunities to "make excuses". I made myself a list of the 'pitfalls' as I encountered them, and put a limit on foods with 'fattening' ingredients. I substituted Premier Nutrition Protein 14 oz. shakes for one meal a day for the first 2 weeks, then I began using PNPHP 14 oz. bottled shakes it for both breakfast & dinner while eating an extremely healthy 'lunch' for another two weeks. I began with the powder, then the 11 oz. cardboard-like individual "cartons", but the smaller 11 oz. cartons just didn't quite satisfy my 'mealtime' needs and seemed to have some 'curds' forming in them, not to mention that it was harder to store the flexible 11 oz. "cartons" and safely keep them in my suitcases, car consoles, tote bags, and find a way to drink from them without needing a straw for the small opening in the cartons. However, the 14 oz. size 'bottle' just seems perfect. I particularly like the vanilla and chocolate, but I began to 'stock up' ahead of time with as many as I could use, before the expiration date. I'm busy experimenting now for another brand of ''shake'' that comes in either a bottle or a can, and try to avoid the cardboard-like 'cartons'. I'm so happy with losing approximately 10 pounds a month, that I feel energized for the future. I consulted with, and I have my doctor's approval, and my own health improvements to keep me propelled forward. I was preparing for knee surgery when I began the serious diet in November, 2015 and after the first 38+ pounds came off, I'm now walking with less and less pain, canceled the knee surgery, and I have a much brighter outlook! I now weigh less than 200 pounds, so I know it can be done!! I don't know what will happen when the 14 oz. shakes are no longer available, so if you find them, stock up on them like I'm doing.
