Answer:	I’ve lost 40lbs since starting the shakes over a year ago. I drink them every morning for breakfast at work and they start to help suppress my appetite in the evenings. Answer:	Since going completely vegan, my strength increased markedly. I turned 60 this year, and am lifting more than ever, and still adding on weights. This is the protein powder that I use. But as a stand-alone, there may be better products out there. I supplement it with 5 g of creatine and a glass of carrot or carrot/beet juice before a work-out. That combination kicks butt and gives fast recovery.

Answer:	Yes any liquid even juices if u wanted to make a smoothie. I add 1/4 cup of raw oats and I use 1/4 organic Coconut milk/ water and a a squirt of chocolate syrup when it's vanilla. And just hand stir it. It fills me up and it tastes fairly good. At times I rather have a shake vs food to not cook! Plus I make it at night and if I wake up to snack, I find my shake and have that.

Answer:	Biochem has ONE version that is sugar free, it has "keto" in its name, amazon product code is B0015QSU9Q The rest that I hae seen all list 6 g sugar under carbs, but I dont see an ingredient list for what sugar they use. Nancy (below) said it has stevia which is a natural sugar---not true. Stevia is a natural SWEETENER that has zero carbs, it is NOT a sugar. When they are required to list carb grams and sugar grams, stevia does not get counted as a sugar or a carb. So when it says it has 6 grams of carbs, that is NOT the stevia, it is some other form. There is some natural sugar in milk, but the whey protein is not that part of the milk. I dont know where these six grams of sugar come from.

If you're looking for massive gains, then this is not for you. I don't compete and prefer a lean build, so it's great for that purpose. To you and other viewers, the scoop cup in this is half of that from other brands. 2 scoops of this brand = 1 scoop of other brands. Like I said in my initial review, get a supplemental protein brand if you lift otherwise you'll finish this in 2-3 weeks (2 if you take 3-4 big scoops using the scoop from another brand). Substance wise, it's great. It's not crunchy and won't make you gassy; so it goes down smoothly. I don't care much for taste so I got the natural. If you want taste and gains, use Optimum Nutrition (same price for vanilla, natural, or chocolate).

Answer:	Hi there! Thanks for this question. We always recommend you check with your healthcare practitioner on whether or not you personally should use any Vega® while pregnant or breastfeeding.
