Question:	Why does Verizon customer service not know anything about this watch and the cost of the plan
Answer:	who knows, bad communication, i had to be persistant to even get the sim# recognized, finally tier II verizon support got it to work, once you get thru the hassle of activation it works great ( some peeps had no issues but i did and kept calling different reps until i suceeded
