Answer:	I had the same problem. What you can do is use the smallest thinnest needle you can find to push out the sim from one corner or whichever part seem to have more space. I think your sim card was not properly cut back when you bought it because even if you push it it won’t spring out because the sim card doesn’t fit properly on the watch’s mechanism inside the watch. I didn’t have this problem when I used my phone’s sim card. The sim card I got for the watch was from third party vendors where sometimes they don’t have sim card pre cut by say tmobile or at&t

Answer:	The setting logic of SOS number is like this, only when the first SOS phone number is unanswered, it will dial the next one in a loop. If you want to call a specific number individually, you only need to add a phone book to the Setracker APP and call through the Phone interface.
