Answer:	The Actik Headlamp is rated at IPX4, basically splash proof. Petzl ad hears to the international standards IPXX of water and dust ratings. Can it be submerged in water for a few minutes, yes - but its not rated that way. Making a waterproof headlamp under the standards (IPX7) or better is messy for a few reasons. You don't really want a waterproof headlamp that would be the IPX7+ standards 1) Its expensive 2) A "waterproof" headlamp IPX7 means that moisture/water can't get in, but also moisture/water can't get out. So if you change batteries in the rain on a waterproof headlamp, you trapped moisture inside your headlamp - which will cause corrosion unless the manufacturer has added things to deal with the moisture - added costs. 3) The very high lumens of the Actik also creates very high heat which will cause condensation inside the headlamp when its used in cold outside conditions if it were fully sealed to IPX7. Petzl has chosen to allow the headlamp to breath, so its less maintenance for the user. Just like you would not pack a way a wet umbrella, wet tent, etc.. don't do it with a headlamp. If you get it really wet, open the battery compartment, remove the batteries and let it dryout. Petzl IPX4 design mostly takes care of itself, but need a little help in tough conditions.

Tape can be used on any collar and you minimize the irritation caused by a mounting bracket against the throat, which is a very sensitive area.

Answer:	It does have Samsung Pay, and it doesn't require to be connected to a Wi-Fi signal to work. It's connected to your phone by Bluetooth, so you can use the Samsung Pay on the device. Personally, I find it easier to just use the card it's associated with. I linked my debit card to Samsung Pay and you have to open Samsung Pay, put in your Samsung Pay pin, then select your card to use, then get the watch close to the scanner, then you need to complete the transaction on the system the retailer uses by selecting debit or credit card, pin for the debit card, etc. I find it easier to use my card. Lol

Answer:	I did live chat with Samsung before ordering and was told battery life is 45 hours per charge with normal use. I don't even get that. I charge mine daily.
