Answer:	It looks like real leather for sure but inside can't figure out if there's silicon or leather they have added a skin friendly soft leather on the inside which hugs the wrist. Its very light and soft comfortable. Only time will tell how it holds up.
Question:	Does the packaging come with tools to remove the stainless steel band of the watch
Answer:	No, there is no tool for removing the steel band in the Barton package. But you will not need any tool to install the Barton band because it comes with a quick release mechanism that makes installing the band very easy. Amazon sells separately a device to remove the pin of stainless steel bands.

Answer:	The only device I tried this on that it worked flawlessly on was my android phone the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. PS3: NO and PS4: LIMITED (No trackpad functionality).

Answer:	You can use this for the PS4, however, only the keyboard will work according to Fosman support the trackpad is not recognized by the PS4 and can only use the keyboard. It may work for some I guess, but according to the email interaction with Fosman support, the trackpad does not work with the PS4 only the keyboard. As a side note, also according to Fosman, the keyboard is not designed to work with the PS3 AT ALL so you should not buy it for that purpose as it is not designed to work with the PS3 according to support.
Question:	Will this work with the Fire Stick
Answer:	This Keyboard Does work with any model Fire Stick / TV I have the first Gen TV and firestick as well as a second Gen Fire Stick. At first the device wouldn't connect to my fireTV, but after reading some forums I noted the old IT saying... "have you tried turning it off and on again" I then proceeded to Unplug my firetv from the wall (or device, doesn't matter) then plugged it back in and proceeded to go back into the settings and was immedietly greeted with "input device" I clicked it, the name corrected to "Keyboard" and it proceeded to work. I hope this helps someone else having trouble connecting to there fireTV. The FireStick's had no issue for some reason, but that's how I was able to connect it. Cheers!

Question:	Is there a charger? If not, doesn't it get expensive to buy a whole new battery every 8 months
Answer:	I have 2 water dishes and the water cap is the same for the 1 gal as it is for the 2.5 gal. So I believe the same filters are across all the container sizes. They work great and are easy to change. Regardless of size of water bowl, it still all about consumption over 6 to 8 weeks, not size of bowl. Works great, love ours units.
Question:	Does it come with a white band
Answer:	Trust me, change it every 30 days if you want the water to be fresh. If you forget to change it for 3 months, it will smell funny and won't be filtering properly. If you have ever noticed a water bowl getting a little slippery inside, think of what a filter after 90 days in water would be like. I got rid of my fresh flow because there were too many crevices that I couldn't get clean enough and it wasn't as fresh as changing out the water in a bowl everyday.

Answer:	Remove your battery from your watch, wait at least 2 minutes reinstall battery. If this does not solve your problem, remove the BT notification app from your phone. Reboot your phone, scan the BT notification qr code from watch display to reinstall the app. Pair the watch and phone reboot your watch and it should work fine. Good luck
