Answer:	who knows, bad communication, i had to be persistant to even get the sim# recognized, finally tier II verizon support got it to work, once you get thru the hassle of activation it works great ( some peeps had no issues but i did and kept calling different reps until i suceeded

Answer:	Did you purchase from Amazon or from the street? If purchased from Amazon, it should have been factory reset to wipe previous owner info from it. Did you tap: Settings on the app, tap gear info, tap reset gear, tap the check mark to confirm, wait til watch resets. Also, make sure there is not an SD card in from previous owner, resetting watch does not wipe info from card. Hope this helps.
