Question:	Heart rate monitor is inaccurate with exercise. It shows at like 70 when it’s at 160+. How do I fix this
Answer:	I also am having issues with the heart rate monitor and the app. The only reason I purchased this was for heart rate monitoring. I expected better results than using Samsung Health by placing my finger near my camera and taking it when I remembered or had the chance. I thought surely this would help out. My resting heart rate has been around 100 and my Dr. Suggested getting something like this to monitor and bring in results at my next appt. I can't ever get a result from it. It will finally show what I assume to be my heart rate, right around 100, then the screen goes black. Nothing is ever recorded in my app and I've tried using my app to take it. Both settings, manually and automatically. My heart rate on the app shows 62 the only 2 times its recorded anything. My phone constantly freezes up since installing the app. It's a note 8. I shouldn't have anything freezing up and I've had this phone for months and never had this happen with any other app. As of now, I'm only using it to set reminders to take my heart rate using Samsung Health. So close to sending it back but I am hoping someone else might have a solution. In all reality I could use my phone for the reminders, too... don't know if I'll get any answers to this, but hopefully someone can see this before they buy and/or before I leave a review.

Answer:	It doesn't have the normal "fine adjust" that every other band I've purchased has. There should be a pin on the clasp that can be moved to 4 or 5 different hole locations. This band doe not have that adjustment. I have to wear mine a little too loose.
Question:	Does this color match the series 4 gold stainless steel Apple Watch
Answer:	I hate to disagree with "Amazon Customer-Desert", but it does NOT match...the watch color is "yellower" gold. Sadly sending it back.

Question:	Could a jeweler remove this band and install a metal stretch band
Answer:	Well I just tried myself and with a sewing pin, I was able to push the strap pin straight out. So, yes, a jeweler could easily do it (these watches don't use the typical sprung pin like most watches). It might be possible to put on a regular strap but it will probably not look quite as integrated as the original. If you take it out yourself you could look for a 20mm wide strap (mine measures 20mm). BTW, I am just about to receive my 4th watch like this. The other three straps have broken and a complete watch + strap is less expensive than a strap by itself.

Answer:	Same as Apple Store. And you have 60 days to add AppleCare+ which I highly recommend. I added it online after receiving my watch and making sure all was ok.
Question:	Does this apple watch come with adapter? It says so, but I cannot find it in the box
Answer:	Ours just arrived Nov 2019, and it has an adapter. Contact the seller. The watch looks and feels of great Apple quality. I won’t know until the holiday if it’s working because it is a gift. It has on band that is adjustable, not two and someone else stated below. No box, but in a good bubble wrap envelope sleeve. Fingers crossed that he loves it. If not, it can be returned up to 90 days!? From what I understand.
Question:	What is the difference between the watches that have only gps and the ones with gps+cellular
Answer:	The ones with cellular allow you to use your watch without your phone or wifi. If you get the gps+cellular, you do not need to have the watch activated with cellular service. If you don't have the gps+cellular watch activated with cellular service, it works just like a gps only watch. Also, the gps only watch is 8gb vs 16gb for the gps+cellular.
Question:	What is the difference of the 38mm and the 42mm
Answer:	the 38mm is 4mm smaller than a 42mm and most of the people who can afford these (RPR) would buy the larger one unless you have tiny wrist.
