Answer:	Usually I removed the old shield and clean the face of my watch with the alcohol pad. Let it dry them use the micro cloth to polish the glass. There is a help in the package to install the new face. Generally I use my fingers on the edge after removing the backing of the shield. I start at the bottom and work my way up to the top. Using the micro cloth I work the air bubbles to the edge.
