Answer:	There is a learning curve with the new haptic button. Be patient. It helps to put your entire thumb over the button and even slightly up the side and put your index finger on the opposite side and make a pinching motion to activate the button. It took me a while to get this down. The NANW screen protector does not make it harder to push the button and it works well otherwise, good screen response and is nice and clear.
Question:	How to install it to sense
Answer:	I have the Versa 3 but I would imagine it is no different. Line up the sides with the openings and put it on one side at a time. It gets easier after you use it a few times and bend the protector. You can charge with it on and change bands which is nice. However, you will need to take the protector off to use the EKG function and the stress sensing function. While this is undoubtedly inconvenient, I think the protection you get with this is worth it.

Answer:	It snaps on and off easily. Put the button into the holes and press both sides down. Removal is a reverse of that, find a fulcrum in the lower left corner and lift it up.

Answer:	I’ve had mine on my Fitbit since November and it still looks just as good as when I applied it. I wear my Fitbit everyday and night and only take it off for showers and charging. It hasn’t started peeling up in. The corners yet even after long sleeved shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters, winter coats and gloves brushing against it.

Question:	How should I get rid of the moisture inside
Answer:	Remove the protector and wipe it off. Put it back on. The problem is that the bands will stretch and let more dirt and moisture in.

Answer:	It is horrible overall. I requested and received a full refund. Moisture gets trapped under the protector anytime you come near water - washing your hands, etc. So then you can’t see your screen and you have to remove the dang thing to clean it. In addition - you can’t use the Fitbit with the protector on. It will not respond to touch with it in place. AVOID this product!

Answer:	Mine has stayed on, but recently developed an air bubble. I haven't tried smoothing it out yet, so it may be fixable. For reference, I've had the protector on for a couple of weeks and swim 2-3x weekly.
