Answer: *UPDATE* - I'm still researching this phone, since I think it will be my next one. Per Google (4/18/20) - "the phone comes with 128 gb of memory and is expandable up to 512 gb." (which is great, and would offer a maximum of 640 gb of storage). I may be old and out of date, but I'm still confused by the "shared sim" and how this would impact the use of the Republic Wireless sim card?? I've been doing this with all kinds of phones and I've been with AT&T throughout 3 company name changes.

Answer: I had the same question, so I called their customer service. They said that pack date was pretty close to current, so I ordered a case of MREs.
