Question:	How does it mount to a wall
Answer:	Several nails and just a couple of drywall screws. But if you can align one of the (middle preferably ) to a stud, you can use the stud screw directly. But just with nails and 2 stud wall screws it can comfortably hold 20 to 30 lbs without any issues. I'm using it to hang an LG 27" 4k monitor that only weighs about 10 lbs.

Question:	How deep are the junction boxes? I am planning to install this in an exterior wall of a concrete block structure
Answer:	Looks like the same depth of a standard gang box. They are already install so i cant measure.

Answer:	Same thing happened to me. I was able to re-adjust it and it worked. But I went over to Home Depot and they sell enclosure boxes for a couple dollars. My next step was to buy one and use the wing tabs off of that which were the same size.
Question:	Are there any air infiltration issues with the slot for hdmi/cables if used on an exterior wall
Answer:	You would have to use sealant around the fitting. The cables would be another story - perhaps some foam sealant could fill the gap but it wasn't designed to be air tight.
Question:	whats the difference between this and the pro-6 model
Answer:	What the others said. This one has a easy connect power cable, while with the pro-6 you have to wire up the outlets yourself. I bought the pro-6 and am now in the process of returning it because the connectors on the bottom box (the input box) were not very good. It could not properly hold the wires when I tightened the screws. Get the Two-CK.

Step 1 - Cut It - Drop it

Use included wall template to locate two small openings, one behind the TV and one below.

Use a utility knife or drywall saw (not included).

Drop the pre-wired 6 feet cable with PowerConnector down inside the wall along with your AV cables, pull through the lower wall opening.

Step 2 - Click It - Secure it

Simply click the PowerConnector you pulled through the lower opening, to the shorter 1 feet pre-wired PowerConnector of the inlet.

Secure both wall plates with a flat-blade screwdriver to release the back-tabs against the backside of the drywall.

Question:	How can I use this if i have horizontal studs
Answer:	I'm assuming you have horizontal "fire break" studs in between vertical studs. You'll have to cut away the sheet rock at those horizontal studs and drill a hole through the horiz. boards. Then fish the wires through the hole and then patch the sheet rock. You might look into a surface mounted wire channel....these can be painted and blend in with the wall pretty good.
Question:	whats the difference between this and the two-ck model
Answer:	The two ck is pre-wired, all you have to do is connect the connectors. With this model you will have to connect the provided wire to each receptacle, which is very easy, everything is marked.
Question:	Wouldn't it be cheaper to run a new outlet, install low voltage bracket, and CL3 rated hdmi cable
Answer:	Sure, if you are an electrician. You may end up also taking more space. The electrical needs to be in its own box, separate from AV cables. This unit seals the electrical parts in its own "box" and allows you to run the cables you need for AV. I have done both and this is just super simple for the scenario where you need to move a plug up the wall and would still like AV cables to run down to where the source is below. The HDMI cable is still required with this set up, so if you are doing a straight up parts cost comparison, then the numbers may look even worse. For ease of install and no permit required, this one gets my vote every time.
Question:	Does the inlet side fit in a standard surface mount, single gang, box? I would have to surface mount on drywall because of space constraints
Answer:	No, PowerBridge is designed as a complete unit to install directly into a wall without using any separate junction boxes. They will not fit into any junction box. You could however make a stand-off box from standard construction materials, somewhat like building a small wall-section that you surface mount, and install the PowerBridge as normal into the stand-off wall

Question:	What is the dementions of the wall mount
Answer:	Unit is already installed so the in-wall dimensions are an estimate. They are 14 1/4" wide by 23 1/4" high. Width is adjustable so if the gap between the studs is a bit over or under the usual 14 1/2" it will still fit OK. The flange portion outside the wall is 16 3/16" wide by 25 1/8" high. The skinny brackets that are screwed to the back of the TV are 1" wide by 17 3/4 high.
Question:	How far is the back of the mounted tv from the will surface? comparing with chief thinstall that in only 1.5 inches from wall
Answer:	It depends. I have my TV at an angle so the bottom is flush on the wall and top is about 3". If did not have TV angled It would only be about an inch which is the depth of the mount.
Question:	Is the flange removable to install in new construction
Answer:	No the flange is not removable. Your options are to cut it off with a metal hacksaw or install it as is between the studs then sheetrock over the flanges. As stated in other posts, make sure to paint inside of studs Matt black. There are to openings where studs are exposed. If new construction I would cover with 3" wide painter's tape to prevent dust and make clean up easier.

Answer:	Good question. From center of vesa plate to center of mounting plate is 2 1/2 in (fully collapsed).

Answer:	I had mounted it on the side of a kitchen cabinet over our bar and had no problem with it moving in any way. My wife positions it when she is in the kitchen while doing odds and ends and has no problem with it staying in the position she has selected. We love it.
Question:	I don't have a 4mm drill bit, nor does any of my friends. What size drill bit can I use instead
Answer:	4mm / 25.4 = .1574" so a #21(.159") standard drill bit would work.
Question:	Does this allow for quick rotating from landscape to portrait, or does it require tools
Answer:	Just don't tighten the nut down all the way, and check it periodically. I rotate my 23" monitor in and out of portrait/landscape mode at least once a day, and abuse the heck out of the arm itself by constantly pulling it in and out of position. I basically only pull out the arm if I need the second monitor, put it back away to clear the space and talk to someone at my desk, pull it back when I go back to work, then rotate it to landscape at night when I want to relax, playing a video game. It gets put back to portrait when I put it away entirely for the night. Once or twice a year I check and tighten anything that's gotten loose. Seriously a nice mount, keeping in mind that mine is anchored to a solid-wood pine hutch on my desk, rather than sunk into drywall. (And, yes, I realize this question is old, but maybe it'll help someone.)

Answer:	No problems at all. We've had our wall mount installed for almost a year now with a 50" LED that weighs about 35 lbs. with soundbar. Still sits flush with the wall when not in use even though we typically have it out and turned at a 45 degree angle. We can even extend it straight out past the wall that divides living/dining room to view from dining room table. No sag, droop, wiggle. Solid. The white looks great on eggshell/light yellow painted wall. Wire management is perfect. Best investment.

Answer:	Yes. This is the best mount I've used. Easy installation and holds strong on a 65 in Samsung. It sits 2 in from the wall or actually touching the wall if you put some tilt in it.

Answer:	Emily,Technically it will work as the wall plate is 22" wide but I would suggest going with the PDX680 which has a wider wall plate. Going with a wider wall plate will along you to laterally offset your TV in case you don't want it lined up directly in the middle of your studs. With a 22" wall plate you won't have much wiggle room in terms of where you want your TV located. Answer:	The playbar is far too heavy to properly be affixed to a TV mount. The playbar should be mounted directly to the wall using the SONOS playbar wall mount. Trying to hang the playbar off of the TV mount will also mess up the acoustical functioning of the playbar, which relies on contact with a solid surface (wall or tabletop) for proper sound.
