Answer:	Hi... there are a couple of answers to your question. First, this model needs a pretty good sized rat to trip the mechanism. I had better luck with : Havahart X-Small Professional Style One-Door Animal Trap for Chipmunk, Squirrel, Rat, and Weasel - 0745... I caught several of varying sizes with this one. I also accidentily captured one of my favorite squirrels..he wasn't happy. I would keep the rat traps where the squirrels don't go if possible...AND make sure the squirrels have their own feeders so they are not tempted to go where the trap is. Interestingly, now that I've relocated around 9 rats, we haven't seen or heard them in close to a month...and there is never rat poop in the squirrel feeder anymore... it used to be there everyday. Hope that helps.

Step 1 - Cut It - Drop it

Use included wall template to locate two small openings, one behind the TV and one below.

Use a utility knife or drywall saw (not included).

Drop the pre-wired 6 feet cable with PowerConnector down inside the wall along with your AV cables, pull through the lower wall opening.

Step 2 - Click It - Secure it

Simply click the PowerConnector you pulled through the lower opening, to the shorter 1 feet pre-wired PowerConnector of the inlet.

Secure both wall plates with a flat-blade screwdriver to release the back-tabs against the backside of the drywall.

Answer:	Yes. But very flimsy. I caught a feral cat but it was able to escape. I bought another really good trap at the feed store that is much better quality for just a few $ more.

Answer:	Thomas it is 5 -1/4 High X 5-1/4 wide and 17 inches long. You need at least another inch in width for the trigger rods and also a few inches in length when trap is set and the doors are open. It really works great I use whole peanuts for bait and within 2 weeks I caught 11 ground squirrels.

Answer:	I've caught chipmunks with the 1025 but it's not as reliable for them as you probably want...probably only about 1/3 effective, when you consider false tripping, not tripping, and other issues. The smaller wire cage trap from Harris has given me a near 100% success rate against chipmunks, when set properly.
Question:	USB Porsts: are they 1amp or 2amp
Answer:	I've caught chipmunks with this (1025) but it's not ideal. They can sometimes get the bait without triggering it, and in odd circumstances they can get out after triggering (but unlikely). Far better for chipmunks is the Harris Catch & Release trap, which is slightly more than half the size of the 1025.
