Answer:	I’m not 100 percent sure what you’re asking but in my case (32” TV on the middle position), I’ve got a distance of 21” from the table to the top of the TV. The bottom of the TV is a little more than 3” from the glass base plate. Again, in the middle position. I’m not sure how much using the lowest position will lower the TV. And this will vary based on the size of your TV.

Answer:	It's adjustable so you can get quite a bit of height. I have mine adjusted so that the bottom of the tv is about a foot from the top of the cabinet it's sitting on. You could adjust it up even more if you want to but you may want to check the stability so it doesn't get top heavy.
