Answer:	Only partial 2.1 support. It does have 2.1 ports but the hardware is only designed to handle 40Gbps maximum instead of the full 48Gbps the specification allows. This is because the display panels can only display a 10-bit 4K picture at 120hz. The HDMI 2.1 spec allows for a 12-bit signal at 4K and 120hz which the panel is incapable of doing.

Answer:	Burn-in and image retention are possible on virtually any display. It is rare for an average TV consumer to create an environment that could result in burn-in. Most cases of burn-in in televisions is a result of static images or on-screen elements displaying on the screen uninterrupted for many hours or days at a time – with brightness typically at peak levels. So, it is possible to create image retention in almost any display if one really tries hard enough. And even if image retention does occur from extreme usage, it can usually be mitigated within a short period of time by turning the display off for a while, and watching a few hours of varying content (such as your standard TV watching and channel-surfing). OLED TVs have special features and settings to preserve image quality and prevent burn in and image retention. First, under OLED Screen Saver there is the Pixel Refresher that calibrates any issues that may arise on the screen when your TV has been turned on for a long time. Calibration takes more than an hour. The second feature that can be employed is the Screen Shift feature which, moves the screen slightly at regular intervals to preserve image quality. Answer:	The mount included in this bundle is different than the supplied mount in the tv box. That being said it DOES come with both. I used the original tv mount. I didn’t look a whole lot into the mount given with the package but I ASSUME it allows you to mount the sound bar underneath the tv. Very nice bundle all together though!

Question:	In a nut shell ..what are some of the differences between the B7 and the C7 both 55" so far I only see the stand which is obvious..thx in advance
Answer:	C7 has better speakers. From what I understand all 2017 LG OLED share the same panels and chipsets, so the only differences they have are aesthetic and sound.
Question:	does this tv need a soundbar
Answer:	I have to go with the other replies recommending surround sound speakers over a sound bar. I’ve had sound bars in the past and they are what they are, but if you’re going with a decent TV like this then might as well get the full experience. I’m hearing impaired. I wasn’t born this way, it happened from a traumatic event and internal speakers along with sound bars just don’t deliver. I use BT headphones sometimes too in order to not disturb others, but went with a sound system. You don’t have to spend a whole lot on sound systems, there are decent systems out there that don’t cost an arm and a leg. Of course, there is also the “audiophile” stupidity out there too, power cables costing $1,000 and do nothing more than allow some idiot to brag about how their power cable cost $1,000...
Question:	Is this model the same as uk's lg oled55b7v (www.amazon.co.uk/lg-oled55b7v-premium-ultra-smart/dp/)? i noticed the stand looks different
Answer:	This model has the same picture as all the other 2017 OLEDS. The only difference, I believe, is that the other OLED models are more expensive due to having higher end sound systems. The stands do also vary on the other models. The stand on this model is the same as the 2016 version.
Question:	Has anyone used this tv w/ the xbox one x (4k) yet? the games won't play on hdr or a few of the other 4k settings yet the games have that capability
Answer:	Not all games have been updated yet for 4k play. Make sure you go to your tv settings and turn on hdmi ultra hd deep color on the hdmi port your console is hooked up to. Make sure your xbox is setup to send the 4k hdr signal as well. Go to display and sound, video output on the xbox console and under video fidelity set color depth to 30bits per pixel (10-bit) Also on your console make sure under display advanced video settings allow 4k, HDR,50hz and allow 24hz are all checked. Then hard boot your xbox by holding the power button on console until it shuts off. Mine didn't work either until I did these steps. Also when you're in HDR mode make sure you're in game mode for best response time. Hope this helps.
