Answer:	You could try downloading pluto from Google browser. Or load kodi and then download a build. There should be a Pluto addon within the addon list included in the build.

Answer:	It has an uploaded Netflix, but once you try to start it, it will send you to update the app in the Play store, just to find out that the device is not compatible with Netflix. It's the same story with Disney+. If your intention is to watch common streaming apps in the US, this device might not be the best choice for you.
Question:	Can you put a Kodi Build on this box
Answer:	Yes but it wouldn't work so I sent the box back. I don't think kodi is compatible with Android 10.0 I sent back 2 or 3 10.0 boxes due to that kodi problem. I now use a Tx6 box or an X10 plus 6k box.

3 -- The chip of this Android box does not support DTS audio format, nor does Dolby format, but you can use app named KODI to decode this format.

4 -- Voice Remote Control -- Before using it, make sure that the included 2.4g dongle is plugged into the TV box. Remember that 2*AAA size batteries are not in the package.

Netflix and other pre-installed APPs -- Most of tv boxes do not support Netflix because of the copyright issues, we pre-install the Netflix that can work, but we are not sure about the stability of the pre-installed software after update, and it may not work.
