This unit does not appear to have TOSLINK or digital coax outputs, and no analog outputs, but these are old standards that are giving way to pure HDMI. The real question you need to ask is: does your RECEIVER have an HDMI input? If it does, you should be all set. BTW you can check out manuals online to find answers like this.

Question:	Does it play CDs
Answer:	I have mine on antenna line rg6 50 feet coming from attic then distribution throughout house. It's not that terribly important to have it that close to antenna. I'd say if your coax/rg6 is more than 50, try to install this no longer than that. Not everyone has the coaxial splitter that was when satellite or cable was installed on their roof or attic, very doubtful. Usually its coming in at basement or into attached garage. This is where you want to place this unit, and make sure to use terminators on any unused ports.

Answer:	This is used to split a Cable TV single to four tvs. You plug the incoming cable TV cable into the input and connect up 4 separate cables for 4 different TV sets. I did not use it for a regular TV antenna. Works great for this arrangement and is the same brand that Comcast Cable uses in its installations in homes. .

Then logically that means there are several variations of the Panasonic DVD Player DVD-S700 where this function does not work on one variation (let's say maybe the black version) and it does on the white version. How else can you explain that I just received the black version and there's no way this resume function works using any of the straightforward or convoluted instruction provided in the manual, in the answers below, or instructions found by googling. Sorry folks, if you want the safe answer, it is no this does not resume where you left off after stopping (not pausing since that would be a "dah") the episode. Just as an aside, I've owned many dvd players over the years, and this is the first one I've encountered where this function doesn't work.

Answer:	I'm getting this over a modern Blu-ray player for a number of reasons. A. This device can be easily unlocked to play any region DVD's, a region free Blu-ray player costs around $200. B. I want a dedicated DVD player that is made strictly for that purpose as I have a huge DVD collection and not many Blu-ray's, for many Blu-ray players, the DVD aspect is somewhat of an afterthought and not the purpose of the machine, you will notice in reading Blu-ray player reviews, people often complain about their players not playing older dvd's getting error messages with DVD's ect., it is a different technology and an "add on " for a Blu-ray player. C. Modern Blu-ray players try to do too much, they have all this technology and bells and whistles, there are a lot more things to go wrong in them, freeze up and fry the machines, ect., they also are constantly getting on the internet and updating software and that can make the machine more prone to go bad too with one bad line of code or a virus. My Sony Blu-ray player jumped on the internet and reported me to Sony because it thought the disk I was watching was a bootleg, my player actually tattled on me while whatching a movie and the machine froze and I got a notice in my email from Sony accusing me of pirating. In any event for me anyway, there are a number of reasons I would choose a good basic player for $50 and not have all the bells, whistles and headaches. Answer:	This DVD player is very easy to setup. Just plug in either the HDMI cable or the RCA connector and plug the player into the a/c outlet and you’re good to go.

Answer:	Without the remote the only thing you can do with the player is turn it off and on and open and close the tray. To navigate the menu, pause, rewind etc. you will need the remote.

Answer:	You can play both DVDs and bluray on this player with no problem.

Answer:	YES. HDMI output is both video and sound, and HDMI is in fact digital. My digital receiver has HDMI inputs, so I can play digital sound directly, with all of the surround modes supported. This unit does not appear to have TOSLINK or digital coax outputs, and no analog outputs, but these are old standards that are giving way to pure HDMI. The real question you need to ask is: does your RECEIVER have an HDMI input? If it does, you should be all set. BTW you can check out manuals online to find answers like this.

Answer:	Lots of free streaming services including Vizio streaming. Mine is hardwired to a 250mbps connection and have had absolutely no issues.
