Answer:	Nope. Strictly 2D. Sorry.
Question:	Will i be able to use hdmi for the video but still use rca red and white jacks for audio to my stereo

Answer:	It plays blu ray fine but takes a long time to load. It does play some DVDs not all burned discs. Picture is good but go for something else is my advice. Not a great player, a lot better ones out there now.
