Question:	Does it come with all the wires
Answer:	Comes with power cord/plug only. You supply HDMI cable and antenna/COAX cable.
Question:	Why is the record function disabled
Answer:	I'm not sure. I saw 2 different listings on Amazon for the same unit and one was about $15 more and said it did have recording available. I never tested it on mine. But the USB port on the front is able to provide power. I use it to power an amplified antenna for it.
Question:	Does this converter box come with a remote
Answer:	Yes, a remote is provided with the box. An RCA cable is also included.
Question:	Can this box work without the cable outlet on the back of the tv
Answer:	The output on the box is HDMI. So it will plug into any tv with an HDMI input. The antenna input on the box is however a coax cable (that screws on) so you would need an antenna for it to work.

Question:	Will this unit remember what channel it was on when powered down and then back up
Answer:	Yes, it will return to the same channel when turned off then bank on. However, if it loses power it will not return to the same channel but the stations will still be programmed in its memory.
Question:	With some digital converters, the audio and video are not synchronized. Has anyone experienced that problem with this model
Answer:	no i didnt have a problem with this as a matter of fact that gave me more channels on my old box tv than these newer tvs

Answer:	I don't know but could try Walmart, or target. If it's not working you can always send it back to amazon with full refund.
Question:	Does it take usb 3.0 or only usb
Answer:	It takes both USB 2 and 3 however, some buyers have stated the they had recording issues using USB 3. To be safe, I suggest that you use a 2.0.
