Answer:	I can share what I am seeing in the Central Texas (Lake Travis) area. If I am in the house and attached to my router via 802.11 A/B/G/N/AC I am being routed through my local ISP to their server that starts a session over broadband to my system. No Telecom Data usage. If I am downtown in Austin and access the cameras via my phone that is connected via WI-FI, same scenario. If I switch my phone to ATT data mode meaning shut down the WI-FI and connect via the phone network you can watch your data usage with the ATT app explode. The phone to server hop is eating data but the system to their server connection remains on my home wired connection. It is scary how much data is transmitted so better be sure you understand this or have an unlimited data plan if you fire this up non WI-FI. Hope this helps. The system is great when accessed remotely, images just as clear and that explains the bite it is taking. Does not look like there is any compression being used just one big fat stream of data.

Answer:	Hi , the audio capture will work as there 4 audio imputs to the back of the DVR. i bought one to test for just about $25. 00 . its been working good so far. my last system didnt have that option but this was a plus . if i can locate the link for the audio cables i will send on this platform . hope this helps

Answer:	Not really suitable for night sky watching. As far as I can tell, this is NOT an image/light/electron/photon intensifier. So it is not really suitable for star watching. It is also NOT a "gen1" night vision device as some reviewer claimed. "Gen1" night vision is a light (photon) multiplying/intensifying technology. This device does not appear to use any light multiplying technology...it is simply sensitive to IR wavelengths of light. It's probably simply a sensitive camera CMOS sensor without the IR wavelength filter that many cameras have. Comparable imaging technology can be found in good quality surveillance cameras. Also, from what I've read at this product webpage the "5x optical zoom" APPEARS to only magnify the TFT display panel in the eyepiece...and does not appear to affect the internal optics of the scope in any way to optically "zoom" to an object. It seems like the "5x optical zoom" is simply equivalent to holding a magnifier lens in front of the TFT display. Thus, that also makes it sub-optimal for star gazing. The specs are really odd. Keep in mind also that digital zoom simply enlarges data that are already there. Thus, the amount of information you can obtain in a digitally zoomed image is identical to the information you can obtain in an UN-zoomed image. Digital zoom is roughly equivalent to viewing a photo on your PC and using the image "+" button to enlarge the image. All you get are larger pixels/blocks of the same data. I could be wrong on these and you should verify with the manufacturer, but this is what the information provided here indicated to me.
