Question:	Does this product fit for person that under 120 lbs
Answer:	When the mattress the pad is being used upon is a firm, innerspring mattress, this item will likely still work fine for someone under 120 pounds. However, if the mattress is not firm, or has anything "non-standard" about it, such as it is a TempurPedic, memory foam, or air mattress, or if there is some type of padding that has been added to the bed, this 10" x 30" sensor pad may not properly register the body at all times. This can cause false alarms, or majorly delayed alerts. Question:	does this have an on/off switch? is there an AC adaptor? how long do batteries last
Answer:	Rob- it did have on/off. Not sure on the AC Adapter... Batteries lasted a few weeks minimum. I don't remember there being any issue with them at all.Was happy with the product. Good luck.

Answer:	No only when they get out. When I put my mom to bed I always press on it just to make sure it will sound when she gets up.

Answer:	The transmitter inside the pad is powered by a non-replaceable lithium battery. The battery has been engineered to last the duration of the pad's life term, which is one year. Replacement pads are available separately from this system. Note that this system should always come with a one year warrantied sensor pad, not 45 or 90 days. If you ever receive anything but a one year pad, you should immediately contact Amazon and ask to return the item, as that means the seller you bought the system from is not offering the correct product. We do not recommend re-purchasing from the same seller, as you are likely to again receive the same incorrect product.

Question:	Can you put the receiver on a timer so you dont get notifications during sleeping hours or will you need to setup things each time it powers back on
Answer:	We’re not sure about with a timer. There is a battery backup, so it continues to work if unplugged/power goes out. We thought maybe you could take the batteries out, but then it doesn’t work at all. An option to prevent sleep disruption could be just turn the volume down when sleeping. Although you would need to remember to turn it back up when needed. That could be resolved by setting an alarm on your phone maybe.
Question:	Can a single elevated sensor pointed at a 120dg angle aimed at a driveway detect a vehicle being parked and then reset
Answer:	The sensor/transmitter will go off when it senses heat (as from a car). But after the car is parked & the people leave it, it would not keep going off. I Don't know how a constant exposure to heat effects the sensor transmitter so that it would detect a new source of heat approaching an existing source of heat. I would like the manufacturer to tell us.

Answer:	Works well at night. I have one set up to let me know when pigs come in to rut up yard.
Question:	can you use two receivers with one sensor
Answer:	I wanted a 2nd receiver, but I decided to buy the whole combo again, since the receivers were so expensive. I figured I may as well buy the combo . So I put up 2 sensor/transmitters & set them apart -- you probably need 7 feet between them for them to work separately. Then I set my 2 receivers for 2 different music clips. So a person enters the driveway & sets off alarm 1, then a few feet later, sets off alarm 2. But I have one receiver inside my house for me to hear & one outside for an intruder or visitor to hear.

Sensitivity Adjustable

• In "Hi" mode, the sensor gets a farther detection range up to 30ft.
• In "Low" mode, only pick up the object within 20ft range, reduce to receive the unnecessary alarm.

Detection Range

• As shown in the diagram, the detection range can reach 60 degrees within 5m, and the range can be extended to 89 degrees when the distance is over 5m.
• Angling downward the sensor to get the furthest range which is up to 9m/30 feet (Hi mode).

Troubleshootings:

1. Getting false alarm---Please try to set your sensor above the ground around 4.5-6ft high and 0-30 ft from your driveway, try to set your sensor in lower sensitivity.
2. Sensor going off---Please try to set your sensor above the ground around 4.5-6ft high and try to change the sensitivity, make sure there are no trees and moving branches in front of your sensor, please do not let your sensor's eye face to the sunlight directly. and one more important thing is that do not drop down your sensor on the ground.
3. Sensor stopped working---Please try to charge your sensor and see if the blue light will keep on or keep flashing, we need to confirm the battery is defective or not, if it keeps flashing Please get back to our service support through email in the user manual, we could replace the new one for you.
4. Sometimes work sometimes not---Please try to set your sensor above the ground around 4.5-6ft high and Please angle downward the direction of the sensor (rather than horizontal), that way the detector is looking at a vehicle for a longer period of time.

Question:	How long do the sensor batteries last before needing to be changed
Answer:	I have owned this product its been in constant operation 24/7 for 6 years now. My sensors have been outside ever since the day they came out of the box. Zero problems from any of the 5 sensors I have in use. I change out the batteries in each sensor twice a year to ensure that I avoid problems. So I know that the batteries are good for 6 months or more. CAUTION....PLACEMENT OF SENSORS IS CRUCIAL FOR THIS PRODUCT TO BE A USEFUL TOOL IN HOME SECURITY! It will take a bit of trial and error as the sensors are highly...well...sensitive! Be patient and they will become a valuable part of your security system.
Question:	Where can I purchase the AC adapter for the receiver
Answer:	I bought a Gemini universal adapter years ago.
Question:	How loud is the alarm mode
Answer:	The receiver has an "alarm" mode and a "ding dong" mode. It is also equipped with another switch that controls the pitch of the setting you choose. These options are loud, normal, and silent. Silent mode causes the light to flash only. NO MATTER WHICH SETTING YOU PREFER, I GARAUNTEE IT TO BE LOUD ENOUGH THAT IT WILL NOT BE PLEASENT ON THE EARS! Excluding silent mode obviously. And because of its range and expandable features, you can place a receiver on your night stand. Don't know abt the other answer, but if this alarm is set to loud and happens to go off when im sleeping, the first thing im gonna do is take out the sensor with my 9mm. YES THIS PRODUCT IS LOUD!!
Question:	What type of batteries
Answer:	The kit I received includes a window/door sensor which requires a CR2032 "button" battery. The chime-unit requires two AA batteries. I had mistakenly read these prior answers to imply everything *except* a button battery. (I prefer to avoid items where a button battery is used and a pair of AAA batteries would have sufficed, mostly out of safety for my grandchildren and the serious medical complications that can come from swallowing one.) I may still have made the purchase. It's just that I would have spent more time looking elsewhere on the off chance of finding a unit without button batteries.

1. Check to see if the hub's firmware version is up to date.

2. Check if the hub is already in the pairing mode.

3. Check if the sensor is reset successfully, and the LED indicator is blinking as expected.

4. Keep the sensor as close as possible to the hub and keep trying.

5. Try with another child device to see if there is something wrong with the sensor itself.

6. Try with another hub and see if there is something wrong with the previous hub.

7. Please be aware that we can add no more than 32 child devices to a hub at the same time.

Answer:	It automatically sets itself for the eastern time zone. If you live anywhere else you set it once with your time zone, it will change to the correct time (assuming it can get the radio signal) and that is all you will have to do unless you move to a different time zone.

Answer:	Yes. I purchased 4 of these for use on all exterior doors. Each device/machine can be connected to 8 remotes (per instructions on box). I have 2 remotes (one upstairs and one downstairs) that control all 4 Alarms.

Answer:	Shouldn't be a problem, I live in a Red-Brick house w/ SOLID METAL doors, and I can set it (on), Dis-arm (turn off), and sound-off (panic mode) from outside the house, almost a half of a block away. So you really should not have a problem at all. Hope that information helps ! :)

Answer:	It is unbearably LOUD!!!!!! It hurts my ears when the alarm goes off and the doorbell is way too loud for an apartment. Probably perfect for a house but stupid loud for an apartment 😄

Answer:	It has a decent range. I would guess you could disarm it from 50'+. I do not think a standard wooden or metal door would be an obstruction.

Control your security with three modes

• Place your Alarm in “HOME Mode” to disarm your interior sensors, while keeping your exterior sensors armed.
• Set to "AWAY Mode" to arm all the sensors in your home to know what happens while you are out.
• Set to "DISARMED Mode" your system to disarm all sensors and freely walk in and out of your home.

Security Mode of Sensors :

• Choosing which Sensors are monitored in each mode.
• Each Security Mode monitors specific groups of Sensors.
• By default, Away Mode and Home Mode arms only Contact Sensors used on doors and windows.
• You can customize which Sensors are armed in Away Mode.

Door/Window sensor

The working siren will be triggered once a door/window opens. Discreetly keep track of your home windows and doors, to not miss any burglar. up to 20pcs sensors.

PIR Motion Sensor

It has high sensitivity and anti HF interference function, the PIR Motion Sensor can sense the moving object and give an alarm, to not miss any burglar. The detection range of the alarm can reach up to 8 meters, the sensing width is about 120° (Tips: Recommend installation height is 1.8m-2.2m)

SOS Function

In the event of an emergency, you can also seek help by pressing the “SOS” button send a help signal. Supports Expansion of 5pcs remote controls paired with one main Panel hub.

Wi-Fi Setting with smartphone

Turn on the Base Station (after beep sound), OR (Long press the SET button for 5 seconds, release the SET button when you hear 2 beeping sounds), now the base station has entered the Wi-Fi connection mode, the Red light is slowly blinking (2s/time).

Please change the EZ mode in the upper right corner to AP mode.

Make sure the host is plugged in and the red light is slowly blinking.

Only 2.4G Wi-Fi supported, NOT 5G Wi-Fi.

Pairing Contact Sensor & Motion Sensor

On the "Accessories" at the bottom of the APP, Tap Sensors, then tap + Add, then 1 beeping sound will be heard, Enter Contact Sensor & Motion Sensor pairing mode.

Separate the Contact Sensor or Wave your hand in front of the Motion Sensor, 1 beeping sound will be heard as a confirmation.

Pairing Remote Control

On the "Accessories" at the bottom of the APP, Tap Remotes, then tap + Add, then 1 beeping sound will be heard, Enter Remotes pairing mode.

PRESS any button of Remote Control, 1 beeping sound will be heard as a confirmation.

Troubleshooting (Sensors or Remotes NOT working properly)

Initialize the Base Station by Long press SET button for 10 seconds, release the SET button when you hear after hearing 5 beeping sounds in a row. This procedure will clear all the sensors, remotes, and Wi-Fi settings of the base station.
