Answer:	Using the Tiny Cam Pro ($3.99) and it works with the 4 Wyze Cam's, two are Pan/Tilt cameras. It is able to control the camera and move up/down and left/right. Also to hear and speak to the microphone. Tiny Cam Pro also enables uploading the continuous video to the One Drive and Google Drive, in addition to doing it to local storage. The video resolution looks like it decreased, but being able to see all four cameras with live stream is great. The camera is connected based on the account ID and password and camera # (1-4), not IP address. Depending on the Wifi connection to the camera, the video will drop and then restart. Overall, I'd recommend it.
Question:	When hung upside down, can you flip the image
Answer:	Yes, as some would prefer to hang/ mount the cam (physically) upside down. If this is preferred simply go into the "Advance settings" in your app, look for and click the "180 degrees" and the image will be inverted to the new upright image. If you decide to change the cam to the upright (physically) mounted position, just turn the same 180 degree setting (within Advance settings) and the image will flip to match the cam mounting perspective. Answer:	No, there is no internal battery. It needs to supply continuous power to it.

Answer:	The amount of recordings greatly depends on too many variables to answer this question. I have mine set at 2k, recording during all doorbell rings and motion detection in the medium sensitivity setting only at night. The kids like to play with the doorbell, and we get fairly frequent deliveries so it sees quite a bit of traffic. It currently is storing over 100 video clips for the past 10 days.
Question:	What's the power requirement to the doorbell? What voltage is required
Answer:	16v @ 30VA is the standard voltage for doorbells in the US, which is why the Eufy uses it. This translates to 16V @ 1.875 A. It is very inexpensive to buy a power adapter with these specs, an Amazon search shows several basic power adapters for less than $12. You can even search for “doorbell transformer” on Amazon and see dozens of options for $10-$15, including ones that plug into a wall outlet. Note that you can go higher on the amps (Useful for very long wire runs), but the voltage needs to be in the 16V-20V range otherwise you risk damaging the doorbell and creating a potential safety concern.

I always check the package to be sure they are not made in China. These I have are from Thailand. I have seen Dingo products in local stores that are from China. AKC (American Kennel Club) sells a very similar dental care "twist" which is made in Ireland and my dog did not object....they may only have these long ones and the package says "easily broken" for smaller dogs. My dog also loves Dingo bones which are rawhide with meat in the middle. I buy the small bone pack which says made in Cambodia. They also have a "mini" which is for small dogs and a "large" which would be for really big dogs. In the local stores I have seen some of these items from China. Hope this helps!

Answer:	It appears you are purchasing from a 3rd party seller not Amazon. Shipping is based on the individual sellers settings, the seller you are trying to purchase from must not have shipping settings set up for PO boxes.

Answer:	Yes, an incandescent bulb can be used. Be careful of closeness to objects the heat may affect.
Question:	I have two doors. Will both receivers ring for either door or are they just paired with one receiver each
Answer:	It comes with a rubber piece around the top where the bulb goes. It works very well for us. We have a sensitive GFI on that circuit and it used to trip every time it rained. Have not had a problem since we put this one out there in April.
