Question:	can you use this above a window AC as an alarm and deterrant
Answer:	For the alarm to go off the metal wedge would need to be depressed. You would also need to make sure that it would be in a firm spot so the product wouldn't slide or move because then the alarm won't sound. Question:	Can you put these near windows as well
Answer:	I suppose you could affix it to a top window somehow, and when someone raised the window, the alarm would sound. Probably depends on how your windows are made. It would take some imagination and work.
Question:	The door stop requires a minimum gap of 3/8" to work
Answer:	For the door to get over the plastic edge of the door stop and hit the metal plate to activate the alarm, the door needs a ~3/8" gap from the ground.This is an IMPORTANT detail folks need to know if your doors are snug to ground with carpeting in room, etc. Since the Q&A is easy to see vs slogging through reviews, I wanted to put this info up here.I was trying to enter a question so that I could then answer it with this info that folks really need to know. Answer:	Yes, this bike pannier bag is made from 600D twilled net clamping cloth, great waterproof performance, durable and easy to clean.

Answer:	No, you have to touch it to disarm & then that sets the alarm off. But you immediately shut it off so alarm only goes off once.

Answer:	no model does not require glue or paint. There are even duplicate stickers in addition to water slide decals. However, This might be a bit much for an 8-year-old. There are many very small parts that need to be cut off the sprue and trimmed with an Exacto knife. I found there are about three to four parts that make the model so much better if they are glued on. If the child has a high mechanical aptitude...again, many small parts that fit together precisely, experience building models, and moderate adult supervision... then maybe. If this is not the case... buy it, put it on the shelf for a couple years and give it to them when they turn 11 or 12. It is a great kit and fits together very nicely. This is more something to display as opposed to a toy for play. There are many delicate parts that would be easily broken.

Answer:	For the alarm to go off the metal wedge would need to be depressed. You would also need to make sure that it would be in a firm spot so the product wouldn't slide or move because then the alarm won't sound. Question:	Can you turn off the chime mode when you are at home and want to come and go without it chiming
Answer:	I suppose you could affix it to a top window somehow, and when someone raised the window, the alarm would sound. Probably depends on how your windows are made. It would take some imagination and work.
Question:	Can it be set up to use with the sabre wireless home security
Answer:	For the door to get over the plastic edge of the door stop and hit the metal plate to activate the alarm, the door needs a ~3/8" gap from the ground.This is an IMPORTANT detail folks need to know if your doors are snug to ground with carpeting in room, etc. Since the Q&A is easy to see vs slogging through reviews, I wanted to put this info up here.I was trying to enter a question so that I could then answer it with this info that folks really need to know. But Amazon wouldn't let me add an answer to my own question. :) Oops.I also tried to upload pictures showing a measuring tape next to the doorstop, and other views w the doorstop and door - but I learned I can't do that because I submitted a video with my review. Oops again!In the end, I went back and added the pictures of the the doorstop measurement and how the doorstop is visible if you look under the door from outside to the end of my video review (with text written over the images).
