We purchased the 2 screen option and the 1st screen died after 2 months. 2nd screen died in about 11. Continued to use it as a regular doorbell until 1st doorbell died around 13 months. Bought new batteries, still didnt work. Gave up and system and bought a $300 8-channel video surveillance system (qsee brand) and a cheap $30 long-range doorbell two-pack. Problems solved. Answer:	I bought this product in June of 2019. Maybe May of 2019 because there were all of the storms in the Midwest region. Just a side note but these storms produced floods that created billions in damage. It also caused shipping slowdowns. Rugs could have been wrapped for over 96 hours. This may be the root of the rug wrinkle issue. I haven't checked the weather lately but if there is more flooding and you order this product be aware that shipping delays caused by flooding in the midwest might lead to wrinkles. But if not get some textbooks or some sort of weight; iron, steel, stainless steel, but not limited to these materials, place them on the rug for 24-48 hours and you'll have a flat rug. You need to buy a rubber gripper to keep rug in place. It also cleans very nicely. This is the best $27 I have ever purchased in my life. 5/5 would recommend to you guys!

Answer:	Sorry I can't help you. I installed this system in an office and had so much trouble with it I had to remove it. You can forget tech support. It takes days to get an answer. I bought this through Amazon but by the time it was installed and the time and trips I made back and forth before I had to remove it to save face, my 30 day return time was up. Now I am stuck with this product and out several hundred dollars and multiple hours of labor. Amazon is great in their service I buy a lot from them. It is just this China product.
