Big Sensor.

Ever wonder why camera in a smart phone does not perform well under low light? That is because of the small sensor size. Bigger sensors use more power, more costly and take up too much space, making it unsuitable as a smartphone part. Our cameras use 1/2.8", one of the biggest, sensor which allows low light capability and wide angle view and will focus more sharply on moving objects.

Glass, not Plastic.

A camera is as good as its lens. SCS cameras are made with quality double layered pinhole lens using glass elements, not plastic. It will provide clarity and good focus throughout the entire image. Cheap plastic lenses often cause distortion towards the edges of the video image. Smaller sensors are often equipped with lenses with bigger opening to compensate with its poor sensitivity in low light.

Wide Angle.

Bigger lens opening requires a bigger hole to see through making it less covert. Our lens has smaller opening with super conical shape that will provide a full view while being discretely hidden. On top of standard factory inspection, modules are tested again here in USA. Lenses are fine focused and Wi-Fi signal checked while being assembled into a covert housing.

SCS WiFI cameras come with IOS, Android app and PC software. You can also use your own software such as Blue Iris or ISPY Connect. Also our cameras are ONVIF compliant and will work with NVR's.

Answer:	No that wouldn't be recommended for a garage door because it sits on top of a door and it doesn't screw in and it wouldn't fit in the process of the garage door going inward but it is a wonderful top of the door security camera I can see both angles of my apartment hallway and my entire door beneath the camera -just for my door

Answer:	I'm not sure because my apartment is covered so it wouldn't get wet.

Answer:	This unit can be powered by micro-USB battery banks. Additionally, the unit could be powered from a micro-USB that is plugged into a wall outlet. Micro-USB is capable of powering cable lengths from 3 to 5 meters.
Question:	The gap between my door and the glass storm door is 4-5", will it work with that much space

Answer:	Try uploading with Dropbox.
Question:	Is this camera good for outdoor use
Answer:	The camera is for indoor use only. It has an setting to indicate whether the picture is an outdoor or indoor view to compensate for the lighting.
Question:	How does the recording work? Can we use external storage device to record for longer durations
Answer:	An event will trigger the camera(s) to take a snapshot and send it up to the cloud. A 30-second recording will also occur per camera. As the camera has some memory in it, the 30-second recording will consist of 5 seconds before the event and continue for another 25 seconds. Event recordings get stored on the 16GB USB flash drive that gets plugged into an OPU USB port.Manual recordings are saved to the photo album of the device being used, be it smartphone or tablet. The recording is a 30 second video clip.
Question:	can extra cameras be added to the system
Answer:	Yes, you can add up to eight cameras per system (OPU). You can buy the cameras separately here on Amazon and add them in by scanning the QR code on the back of the camera.

Answer:	Remo S works with mechanical and digital. if you have a mechanical transformer they provide all parts and good instructions for connection. For the loudness, if you are referring to the chime, that depends on the chime but the remo itself has a loud bell also it links with Alexa and will sound from Alexa for both ringing and motion detection based on your preference.

Answer:	The CubeOne is a wifi hub that controls your system that has a built in siren, whereas the additional siren is...a siren. We have an additional siren located at the far end of our ranch house;we felt the single alarm sounded too muted.

Answer:	Unfortunately this does not work with the old SC-100 sensors. They communicate at very different frequencies. The sensors for the SC-100 are not as advanced as the Skylinknet sensors.

Answer:	Rhe range of the motion sensor to the hub is 500 feet in open space. The sensor can detect up to 10 feet in every direction (this is quite a conservative) I have customers whose sensors have picked up motion up to 25 feet away.

Question:	Can i watch the camera live from my samsung phone
Answer:	Yes - it comes with software for both your phone and there is also software you can download to your PC, You can not only watch them live you can swipe up or down on your screen and the camera will pan and tilt so you point it at whateveryou want to look at. You can also set it to send an alert to your phone whenever motion is detected and have it record both a snapshot and a short video. When you get the alert you can hit the alert message and it will automatically hook up to your camera so you can see what is going on. We are monitoring our home while we are snowbirding in AZ at I often just take a look to make sure all is okay.
Question:	When you set it to record with motion detection, does it notify you that it had been activated
Answer:	I bought two of these cameras and I have been unable to get them to send a notification to my iPhone. I’ve tried two different iPhones with no luck. I have no issues with other cameras that I have purchased in the past.

Answer:	If you have a internet connection at home using a modem you can hard wire from the modem to the camera. There is a plug-in on the back of the camera for a cable to go to your modem so you don't need Wi-Fi. The only reason you would need Wi-Fi if you did not operate off a modem is if you have no type of internet connections at all on your regular computer and have no internet providers in your area. If you can get on the internet from your cell phone, you should be able to access the camera from anywhere.

Answer:	This question does not have a "best" answer. You would need to see what the minimum impedance of the monoblock amp and wire accordingly. If you have only 1 UFO12 I would suggest or assume you will wire + to + and - to - and make this a final 2 ohm load. It would be best to ask an installer just to make sure the wiring matches the amplifier.
