Question:	Will the strip remain sticky if I change the whole installation to another place
Answer:	No it will not. It'll be sticky, but not nearly as sticky as before. However - The cleaner the surface area of the first install will determine just how sticky the 2nd install location would be. And of course if gravity is playing a roll as well. If hanging up, don't count on a 2nd install with same tape.
Question:	I'm using 6" length aspentek 3528 led strip light connectors. they don't work. recommendations
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. Please make sure that the connections on the end of the LED strip are clean and shiny and are fully inserted under the corresponding pins. Make sure you are connecting to the correct end of the strip and double check the polarity. If it doesn't work, please contact our customer service.
Question:	I have 2 strips in different rooms and each remote turns both on and off. I want the remotes to work independently. How can I accomplish this
Answer:	You would need remotes and controllers that are completely different from each other to make one remote unable to control the other strip. Most remotes use infrared like a tv remote, so if it detects a signal from any remote it can obey it. Sometimes pointing it at one but away from the other will work, getting smart Bluetooth controllers is probably your best bet, or you can always wire something custom yourself if you are ambitious.
Question:	I want to put these in my kitchen in 3 separate areas that i can't combine. will i need 3 adaptors? anything else plus the kit
Answer:	You will need three transformers if you cannot tie the three areas together. The pricing is reasonable, so I suggest buying three kits. They each will have a remote. However it is possible to use one remote to control all three strings

Answer:	Not sure if this answers your question, but this adapter does come with an attachment that you can connect wires to directly. It is the piece with the green tip that connects to the power plug. The third picture above is the best to see it. It shows how you can wire it directly. Other than that, I don't know of any other options at the moment. Sorry!

Answer:	It might be water resistant and it might last outside if sheltered under an overhang. It certainly will not live if rain or splash can reach it.

Answer:	I would say yes. Being made in China, it has a wire size of 2xo.8mm2 that last number is squared. But next to some genuine 18 AWG monster speaker wire, it looks to be the same size.

Answer:	The voltage is not as critical as the current the load requires. As long as the load current is less than current carrying capability of the conductor (a function of the type of conductor metal and wire gauge), it should work perfectly. You can find suggested current ratings for various wire sizes online.
