Question:	If the 2000mh power bank is depleted and my phone is plugged into it, would the phone still charge off of the triple a batterys
Answer:	There is no indication that the battery is replaceable. If it were, it would probably cost more than a new flashlight anyway. When/if it gives out, you'd throw the battery away anyhow. The 4-way power is this: it has a handle you can turn to charge it, that's 1; it has a solar panel for charging, that's 2; it has a lithium ion (or something) battery that you can plug into the wall to charge, that's 3; and you can also put 3 AA batteries in it to power it, that's 4. 4-ways to charge it. Answer:	I haven't had it for a year yet but have left it in a drawer for several months and took it our recently and it was still charged. Q: How long does it take to fully charge the internal li-ion battery using (a) electrical outlet (b) solar panel or (c) hand crank?

A: Plugged into a wall, it takes +/- 10 hours to fully charge the internal. Short access to direct sunlight or short spurts of hand cranking (about 130-150 RPM for 3-5 mins at a time) provide sufficient power for several hours of use during an emergency. Keep in mind that our internal battery capacity is 2x-4x the size of others, so it’s not necessary to fully charge by sunlight or hand cranking. These are just emergency alternatives.

Q: Can you charge it with the hand crank or solar panel if the battery is already fully depleted? How long does the radio last after cranking for 2 mins?

A: Absolutely. In this case, the radio would last about 20 mins and flashlight about 10 mins.

Q: How do you know when the battery is fully charged?

A: A red light appears while charging. Also the LCD screen has a battery level indicator with 8 lines when fully charged.

Q: Can this really charge a cell phone?

A: Yes! For an average smartphone it takes +/- 20 mins to increase the charge by 10%.

Q: I plan to store this in my survival kit. How should I maintain the battery?
