Question:	How to request stations that are missing
Answer:	The new radios play all the content as the old ones and more. If there is any station you listened to on the old radios that you can’t find on the new ones, contact Grace and they will assist you as some stations have moved either under internet radio or into the audio services folder.
Question:	Does it run streaming services natively? Pandora, iHeartRadio, spotify
Answer:	You currently cannot set presets on the app. You can set presets on the radio or via the included infra red remote control app. The presets are above the large knob . There are 10 presets. 1-5 then you press shift and the 5 buttons are preset 6-10. i.e. if you look a the close up image you will see P1 - P10 with P being short for preset. The 5 keys under the display are soft keys which means they change definition depending on the menu. They are typically to fast forward and rewind or skip / pause content but have other uses as well. The definition of what they do show up on the display above the buttons when there is a function associated with them. You can also register the radio to the Grace web portal where you can create a My stuff folder to save unlimited number of stations onto the radio.
Question:	How specific is the search function menu? For example, can you search for a specific progressive talk show host
Answer:	I chatted with Grace Digital earlier this week and they said "probably by next week" being the week of Feb 8. I'm less than optimistic of their prediction, considering the the Pandora roll-out for the Grace Link has been pushed multiple times since October of 2020. I'm sure it'll happen sooner or later---we're probably close.
Question:	Does it play fm hd radio in USA
Answer:	There is no built in speaker, it’s a tuner to connect the internet to a stereo or powered speakers. Grace makes other models with built in speakers like the Grace Mondo Elite Classic. So yes, you can hook speakers to it but they need to be powered speakers.

Question:	will this work for fm stations that have odd frequency like 95.5 etc
Answer:	I like this little radio so much I bought it again after I misplaced the 1st one. It tunes in very well. Receives our 1000 watt, university station (88.3). My only beef is the bottom is so slim it struggles to stand upright if the music has a lot of bass. Certainly not a deal breaker. Love this little radio.
Question:	play while charging
Answer:	I just sat here and did it personally before answering. Yes, you absolutely can play the radio, or MP3s while charging. When connected to a charge cable, the "charging" icon appears. Press the "mode" button to turn on the radio. If you have a TF/SD card installed with MP3s. it will default to that mode and begin playing. Press the FM/AM button to switch to the band you want, or the SW button to play shortwave bands. The "charging" indicator continues to show it's charging the entire time. And yes, also you can connect the power cable and play the radio with no battery in it, although it says in the manual not to. Not really sure how it cold hurt the radio to do so???
Question:	What type of battery does this unit use? Just saying it's lithium isn't good enough

Answer:	First auto scan all the stations by follow reviewer Sologemeni · March 27, 2017 answer. For preset station to no.1 button. 1) By push">>II"button to find your prefer station. 2) push orange "Memo 5" button for 2 sec . You will see the "CH XX" flashing. 3) Key in number 01 now show CH 01. 4) Push play button ">II" once and push again one more time to save it to memory OK . Done. You can preset 80 stations on FM, 60 on AM 300 on SW. For me I will not preset more then total 20 stations. WHY ?

Answer:	I think for a little while. I have a Sangean HDR-18 radio, very similiar to this receiver in operation. I have unplugged it to move it and I did not loose any preset radio stations.

Answer:	Do you mean one-track repeat ? please check the 3rd image of the product. there is a repeat icon on the right-down conner of the screen. you can press the button beside this icon to choose one-track repeat on/off. and there is a one-hour sleep timer feature. you can press the volume konb to turn it on and do not touch remote contral. then the device will turn off in an hour. I think it will be useful for you. if you do not need it turn off in an hour. just use the remote to turn on instead of pressing the knob.

Question:	I have lost the instruction manual provided with this radio- is there a link to the instructions available
Answer:	It should just screw off. I really like the design if the flat ball, but its harder to grip to unscrew especially the 1st time. Its on really tight, intact at 1st I wasn't sure that it came off. Lol Once you get it off, tighten it every few days. Mine seems to loosen up over time and luckily I caught it when it fell 3 or 4 times before I lost it.
