Answer: From a battery prospective, i wouldn't keep it plugged. It might lose its muscles to charge. What i do with all of my rechargeable is charge over night. And use during the day. It's the only way to make your batteries last long BR

Question: How can I remove the prompt voice like 'bluetooth mode,pairing',it's really annoying
Answer: I just contacted support by email and requested the prompt be removed "[email protected]". They sent me an attached file with instructions. Copy the attached file and paste onto a mini SD card. Turn on the speaker (not connected to any bluetooth) and insert the mini SD card upside down, a green light will flash and eventually speaker will turn off on it's own. Works great! I would imagine some buyers would like to have a prompt for when the speaker is connected and disconnected of when the speaker is turned on, so removing the prompts for all speakers may not be a good thing. DOSS SoundBox support is very supportive to meet your needs as well as Amazon. GREAT SPEAKER for the price.
Question: It seems that the speaker has the auto-power off function,how about it?can i remove that?i want to leave it on all the time
Answer: I bought mine at the end of May 2020 and it will automatically shut off, but ONLY if the speaker is not receiving any input from the audio source. if my speaker is receiving an input, it will play from 100% charge until it is dead. However, if I have it linked to something and pause the audio source, after several minutes of no input, it will shut down to save power. I personally like that feature because otherwise it would be dead most of the time when I was ready to use it, so it is a bonus for me.

Answer: It will not fit a ram without a installation kit which will include the bezel around the radio. Even if it did fit I would not buy this unit ..it is garbage. From the moment you open up the box and feel the weight of the unit you will regret your purchase. The thing feels like it's an empty chassis. I have not read one single review from someone that has had this unit work for more than 6 months. Spend a little bit more and get a name brand unit do not be like me and go for the cheap price on this thing .. Mine did not last one week before the screen started blinking out the amplifier section had a bad output. I cannot stress this enough this thing is junk

Question: How do you know when it's done charging
Answer: There's a red light when it's charging and I think it just turns off when it's done? I can't remember off hand but if the light doesn't turn off it changes somehow. I usually just plug mine in and leave it for a couple hours (you can't use it when it's charging btw) and it's good to go.
Question: Is there a way to 'reset' the speaker? Mine is just blinking blue and won't turn off, or connect to any devices, even after pressing the power button
Answer: Put it on radio mode and let the battery drain until it dies..this resets it. Recharge then pair it again to your device. This worked for me after mine somehow wouldn't pair all of a sudden after several uses it kept trying to pair but couldnt connect.

Answer: you can get the SB510FM or SB517FM version if you want radio.
Question: Can I leave my phone in my bedroom and use this down the hall in the shower? Or must they be closer to each other
Answer: Yes. I turn on my phone/music usually in the kitchen on the charger and have the bot in the shower. Estimate around 40 feet away. No connection issues.
