Answer:	I returned it without issues. Didnt sound good and wont connect to the subwoofer. My $100 samsung sounded better than this

Answer:	You got 7 dots, each dot takes 2 or 3 pushes to fill so essentially you have about 21 increments within the volume. Furthermore, the dialogue feature which has 3 additional settings within its parameter available to adjust.
Question:	Can this subwoofer be used in other Klipsch system, as an external/secondary sub? Or this only work with this particular soundbar

Question:	What kind of bluetooth is it? 3.0, 4.0 or
Answer:	I don’t recall that info being included in the paperwork, a quick gander at the information on the ad itself didn’t yield any answers either. The Logitech model (identical case and lights) have reviews from 5 years ago that say it’s BT 3.0. However some have a sticker that call it item #bt4.1 🤔. Regardless, for the stereo application I have this for, the computer connects IMMEDIATELY upon power up so the low latency would make me believe that it is at least 4.0. All are backwards compatible- so- it should work regardless. Mine streams FLAC with no issue or hiccup. Sorry I couldn’t give you a direct answer- the oldest models I would believe to be 3.0, maybe 4.0, doubtful it’s 5 as this model has been for sale for quite some time already.

Answer:	It has an 1/8" output that the earbuds can plug into and I assume would work, how well I dont know. The only volume control would be from the device that Is blue toothed into it.

Answer:	I don't believe so. you can connect from two phones ( one at a time ) as your phone will find and connect to the system, but the system can not handle the connection of 2 systems in parallel.

Answer:	This is just a pass through. You control the volume on your source or your destination. For example I have an iPod. I can increase the volume on my iPod or I can increase the volume on the Soundbar I have this unit connected to.

Answer:	Hi, you can connect the speaker to your amplifier as long as your amp can handle the wattage. Thank you.
Question:	Can I plug my guitar into it
Answer:	Yes but NO....it has a standard guitar port but they are NOT IN LINE with all the echoes and tone control....oh and it’s a Left or Right side only. They call this Channel 5 and 6! If you want you’re guitar to plug in so you have tone and echo control, (Channel 1-4) you’ll have to buy a three prong adapter that crosses over to guitar port. WATCH OUT THO, THESE LIKE TO CRACKLE AND BUZZ. Buy good ones!!! I bought this system thinking I could carry my guitar in one hand and this system in another and set up in no time. It sounds okay at best! I added a powered subwoofer. Now the hopes of carry in and out are no longer a reality. Voice sounds good, but guitar straight in doesn’t. Hince the sub I added. Your guitar will sound like one made out of a tin box! I hate that I bought this system! Go for a good one and pay a grand! You won’t regret it. Also the system gets hot and starts sounding worse. You have to turn it off when not playing. I thought I could Bluetooth to my phone when taking breaks from performing and letting some tunes play, nope, turn it off to cool down or sound like poo on the next set! This is no way close to a pro set up. If you are messing around in your home, sure. This will not last more than a few gigs and it got set up in my basement as a practice set.

Answer:	I believe it does Travis. I’ve packed it away now. Or is double check. But I’m sure I bought it with that in mind because of my microphones. Overall is a good wee system for the money. My only issue was it has echo but no reverb. But still decent. Served its purpose for me.

Question:	What in your opinion is the best power setting for normal use, "on" or "auto" for this unit
Answer:	I would say depends if you use the item everyday/constantly as your sound for your surround. Or if you use surround/theater occasionally. If the latter I would use `on/off` , if you use it often or primarily the auto would be the way to go in my opinion. Plus is the sub easy to get to? Auto is great if its behind furniture or out of reach,etc.

Answer:	Just to clarify something a previous reviewer stated: "Note: If you are using a Sub out/LFE connection from your receiver turn the Low Pass all the way up. " This does not apply to receivers with which you can specify the low-pass cutover frequency. For example, my modest Onkyo receiver has cutover settings of 80/100/120 HZ for the LFE/Sub output. If you have this option, you should consult your main speaker's manual for suggested low-pass settings or simply tune them by ear. For my setup, 120 HZ was both the recommended and best-sounding cutover frequency. 160 HZ was a little muddy :)
Question:	Can this sub be added to a Vizio 2.0 sound bar, for small to medium-sized HDTV's? If not, what should I get? For TV/Games/Music
Answer:	Like John, I too have a Vizio 2.0 sound bar and this pairs very well. I have a small theater room (10 x 20) and this one 10" fills the room. This sub is the best bang for the buck you can get.
Question:	Do I need a Y-adpater? A sound tech told me one sub wire would do the trick and just plug it into the L and ignore the R. Is this true
Answer:	Initially, used a one wire connection. Sounded OK, but .... Got a "Y" connector, attached at the rear of the amp, ran L & R wires to the PSW10: sounds amazing now and very adjustable. Need to get the PSW12 to get a one wire connection. Am very satisfied with this sub and would recommend it. Used in a 12' X 20' room, front/back/center and now the sub. Tom

Answer:	You’d be better off connecting the system via the hdmi or optic to tv in order for it to be most easily connected. Blue tooth works great for other devices, but to have the system integrate with TV and use your TV remote for volume you’d want to connect as I mentioned above.

Question:	All I hear from sub is a low growly static type sound. Anyone else have this issue
Answer:	My set up is 4ohm cerwin vega front speakers and 8ohm center and surround. Denon reps said to keep at 8ohms because going lower will degrade the quality of the sound. However, big however. My unit has a good heat handling system and a safety cutoff in case the 4ohms overpower the units capability. My Denon has shutdown on two of my bluerays when the low frequency sounds are too loud and constant. Speakers lower than 8ohms produces more heat, so you need good ventilation. if system is set at 8ohms. I've added a small external fan in case it produces too much heat. But normally, my unit stays pretty cool at 8ohms. My front speakers at three way so a lot of the sound comes out of the mid-range unless the frequency is low. The unit has to be a good unit. I recommend that you do some research and see how much power your AVR runs at. Answer:	Hello... When matching speakers you want to get the specs close. Klipsch F-20, very nice speaker by the way. Frequency Response 38Hz-23KHz ± 3dB SENSITIVITY: 95.5dB @ 2.83V / 1m Polk Audio CS10 Center Frequency Response 53Hz-25kHz SENSITIVITY 91 dB The Klipsch will be a little louder then the Polk with a little wider frequency response. Your Yamaha receiver can adjust the center channels out put to blend in the center a little more so you can hear it. Also you want to look at the RMS watts. Polk is 125watts RMS. Klipsch is only 100watts RMS. Yamaha RX-V375 AV is 100watts per channel, 70watts RMS x 2 channel. So the out come, you should be fine. your mids and highs will be better with the Klipsch towers. You will have a little more lows from the Polk, but that could make the vocals from the center channel sound more natural. Also your receiver can adjust if you use the microphone to self adjust instead of doing it by ear. It will be fine.. Should sound good and I think you would be happy..

Question:	How does one extend the cable of the control speaker with the 15 pin vga cable? a regular vga cable extension didn't work
Answer:	The problem with most all VGA Extension cables is that they tie pins 6,7,8 and 10 to the casing (GND). This is fine for a VGA Cable, but is not desired for an extension cable. It does not work in extending the right control speaker. Instead, go with the Amphenol Cable Extension that wires the pins straight through. Lengths are available in 5', 10', 15' and 25'. Just change the last two digits when looking for your desired length. CS-DSDHD15MF0-005 Length: 5' CS-DSDHD15MF0-010 Length: 10' CS-DSDHD15MF0-015 Length: 15' CS-DSDHD15MF0-025 Length: 25' Be sure to get a Male to Female connectors.
Question:	what are the speaker and sub dimensions
Answer:	The sub woofer is 10" deep, 12" wide and 11" high. The speakers are 5" wide, 5 " deep and 8" high. Meas. are aprox. Hope that helps.
Question:	what is the average life span of these speakers
Answer:	7+ YEARS STRONG! I purchased these back in December of 2013 in college. Speakers have moved around over 10 times, but I kept the original box for moving purposes. Finally purchased a home and these still remain as my main TV speakers. I recommend this set of speakers for anyone who wants that movie theater and thrilling music experience in their own home!
Question:	why are they non returnable
Answer:	Actually if you look under price it says item is returnable with drop down for details but who pays return isn't shown. Sorry' but hazmat has nothing to do with speakers, not sure how that one started? Most people are unaware that returns and fees are solely up to the seller you choose to buy "any" product from & This goes for both online or brick/mortar store sales alike. Some sellers on here just like any other online websites are qualified dealers or dealers within the products network who stand behind the item 110% but some sellers simply are not. Some on here simply have a few of the items in question to sell (like overstock, closeouts etc..) and never sold for nor ever talked to the manufacture in their lifetime. Yes they are here and online everywhere else too. Not all bad folks, just not in the gang as we'll say? That's why it's so important to choose every seller wisely. Return policies differ from business to business not just what manufactures rules state so many may simply follow their own rules (or no rules) all up to them. That $5 you saved off the item may very well cost you quite dearly in the end my friends. Its why Amazon has two review boards here, one is for Seller Reviews to guard us while the other is for product reviews so use both if Amazon or the manufacture isn't who is shipping it to you. Many times I found sellers here if you google they simply do not exist outside of Amazon, so if crooks & Amazon throws them off while your $500 items in shipping and you receive a brick you may never find them again. Amazon will tell you tough ch!^ you should have bought it from us and send you a copy of their 3rd party seller/buyers term agreement that excludes Amazon entirely if funds got transferred. Yup its buyer beware online, especially beware of new LLC Corps anyone can make up. I bought a set of Logi's from Circuit City 10yrs ago and returned them without cost/questions/fees to buy the next size up that still jam like new!
