Answer:	Yes it allows easy to connect, I use it at the shower when the water makes a lot of back noise and I can talk perfect, but during calls if you want to keep a fluid conversation, I have noticed that the mic works perfect no farther than 1m (around 3ft) farther than that the other side on the call will start to experience breaks at your voice, but if you keep close everything works nice and smooth.

You can listen to audio from the TV or the portable audio device that is connected to the speaker by an audio cable or through Bluetooth connection.
