The speaker comes with two cables - one for direct audio input (audio male plug to audio male plug) and the other for charging its internal battery which plugs into an iPhone small charging block as well as many other now standard 5 volt chargers,

Answer:	Mine does not do that. Once I pair it with my phone and press play on my music it's fine. It only says that when I turn it on to use and connect it to my bluetooth on my phone. Once I've set up the bluetooth on my phone and press the power button on the device it says "paired" and then I can start my music. Maybe your bluetooth signal is weak or it's in and out of range?

Answer:	I personally purchased this item. If my memory serves me, this item was actually sold by a third party through Amazon. I use it as a speaker system for my Intel NUC 10 via Bluetooth. Answer:	I just contacted support by email and requested the prompt be removed "[email protected]". They sent me an attached file with instructions. Copy the attached file and paste onto a mini SD card. Turn on the speaker (not connected to any bluetooth) and insert the mini SD card upside down, a green light will flash and eventually speaker will turn off on it's own. Works great! I would imagine some buyers would like to have a prompt for when the speaker is connected and disconnected of when the speaker is turned on, so removing the prompts for all speakers may not be a good thing. Question:	It seems that the speaker has the auto-power off function,how about it?can i remove that?i want to leave it on all the time
Answer:	I bought mine at the end of May 2020 and it will automatically shut off, but ONLY if the speaker is not receiving any input from the audio source. if my speaker is receiving an input, it will play from 100% charge until it is dead. However, if I have it linked to something and pause the audio source, after several minutes of no input, it will shut down to save power. I personally like that feature because otherwise it would be dead most of the time when I was ready to use it, so it is a bonus for me.

Answer:	FYI for others people looking for an answer: With out loading a Bluray/DVD disc in the device, turn on the device and press the setup button on remote. Arrow down to "system" under the general settings page. Select "Disc Auto Playback" and turn "on". This option is defaulted to off from the factory. Now that you have the settings on for playback, you have to press the stop button on the device or remote for this option of auto playback to work. If you flip the power button off, the device forgets your last watch point. There are a few exceptions to this rule however, because some Bluray's I have will always remember my last watch point even after it's been removed from the drive and then watched again weeks later. For example, the Star Wars Blu-ray Disc set always remembers my last watch point. I hope some of this helps?

Answer:	Pretty good bass for small size and price tag, better than many other higher priced speakers.

Answer:	Yes it plays random. Yes, it returns to the last track when you turn it off and back on again. Press the M button repeatedly until the indicator light in the front upper right blinks violet. I have a 8gig card with 2,000 oldies and it plays random as track 6-30-41-18-16-17-19-23-24-25-29-32-50-52- 90, etc. If you 'memorize' your card, simply burn another card and remove the first two songs and you'll get a whole new random order. Insert the SD card with the metal tabs FACING the orange buttons.

Answer:	That's a very good question. I've had mine for 8 months now, and though I've only used it occasionally during that period, it seemed to have worked fine with OK sound, though I am skeptical of the specifications they list. First, when I ordered my M83 from Amazon it was listed as 30W (2 * 15W) and I didn't pay much attention to it until recently I notice they have another one listed as 40W (2 * 20W) and it is still the M83 ?!? So I decided to check out Bugani's own website and they list the M83 there as 20W (2 * 10W)!! So WTFO? Could they have upgraded it from 10W speakers to 15W speakers to 20W speakers? Sure, I suppose so, but why the hell not change the model number? I mean how confusing to customers is that? Not only that, but are they SO lazy as to not update their own website from apparently 2 revisions back for this speaker? Also, website says 2000 mAh battery, mine on amazon said 4000 mAh, and now the latest 8000 mAh. It is a Chinese company, no phone support (for US anyway) and clearly a very disorganized company at that. There website doesn't really have much info about their products, just very basic. They do not have a Support section containing downloadable manuals (so don't lose yours!). And half the links listed (news, FAQs, etc.) go to blank pages, and a blog link that goes to an invalid site (blog DOT com). So, while I've had mine for several months and things are OK currently, I'd be a bit apprehensive about purchasing any of their other products.

Answer:	It's a 4000mah 7.4v pack that is equivalent to 8000mah 3.7v pack. Each of the two large speaker drivers is marked 20W Also there are two small tweeters. I'm not sure if the 20W that is marked is the RMS or max but if it's RMS, then I think it would be slightly above 40w since there are two tweeters unaccounted for. It sounds at least as loud as my Aomais Go rated at 30W so I'm guessing its 40+ Watts

Newer cars may often have Bluetooth out, for answering calls, but that’s in mono (not stereo or surround), because, for safety’s sake, laws and regulations are in place not to encourage connecting a set of Bluetooth headphones to your car stereo, which you could do, easily, if car stereos had Bluetooth out, as opposed to just Bluetooth in — for playing music from your phone, etc. ... Answer:	When using the RCR-20 in Bluetooth mode, the volume is lower than when using the unit in the radio mode. Turning up the volume on either the RCE-20 or your device (e.g., iPhone) a few clicks easily brings up the Bluetooth volume. When switching back to radio mode you will need to turn down the volume because it will be louder in radio mode. I have owned the RCR-20 for over one year and played music and audio book on it through Bluetooth, and I have never found the volume to be insufficient. The unit will play music or audio books in Bluetooth mode louder than you can stand to hear it. I would also point out that the sound from this unit is clear and crisp. This is a great unit and I recommend it.

Answer:	I can only compare it to the Boston Acoustic that it replaced, and say it's plenty loud to listen to NPR in the morning in a 15x15 bedroom. Its a nice radio but as noted in other reviews, its not easy to set up and configure.

Answer:	No. It has an auxiliary in plug, a headphone input plug, and a USB plug that allows charging an iPhone. It does have Bluetooth capability so that you can play music and podcasts from a phone or tablet through the radio. I do this often and the sound quality is very good when using Bluetooth. I am an audiophile with an audiophile home system, and this radio (which is in my bathroom) delivers impressive sound for its size and price, especially when in Bluetooth mode.

Answer:	Your location, house/apt construction and distance to station desired will all play a part in reception. Switching sides in a room or your dwelling can make a difference. Sometimes, even a foot will make a difference. I have had both this unit and the WR-22. Sangean has some of the best consumer AM/FM radio front ends you can buy. Devices in your home (light dimmers, computers, fluorescent fixtures, etc) can all cause AM reception problems. I have found the reception on both the RCR-20 and WR-22 to be quite good. Disclaimer - I live 20 miles north of NYC, so i am in a swamp of RF, and I live in a house with plaster walls and metal lathe... That said, the selectivity is very good on the radios and this also makes for good reception. The WR-22 allows you to connect an external AM antenna, and an external FM antenna. What you can also use is a Terk Indoor AM Antenna ADVANTAGE (Amazon has it) that can (passively or directly attached) improve your reception when you are exceeding the capabilities of the built-in AM antenna. I used the Terk very successfully for years (passively) with a Proton RS-330 clock radio. It really helped.
