Answer:	You will HAVE to have an SD Card as well as the appropriate connection to you r computer. I find this a very simple way to get my 110 126 and 35 MM slides digitized. While I am sure a professional would achieve better results I am quite happy with the results. BTW this will work with windows 10 quite well. If you have slides that are over exposed you can adjust them with the SCANZA and again with the windows software to enhance the images.

Question:	Can I record mp3 files from my computer into a tape with this product
Answer:	good morning!with this specific product you can only transfer from what was on a cassette tape to an MP3 file . You cant record the MP3 files and have them transferred to tape. I do apologize
Question:	I'm not sure if anyone has commented on this, Does it have automatic flip so you don't have to turn cassette over
Answer:	No it doesn't turn the cassette over automatically. Once placed in the ION the cassettes work from left to right. I find the instruction easy to follow, and once you have transferred side 1 of your tape to your computer, you simply turn take the tape out turn it round and place it back into the ION again follow the instructions again to then copy side 2 to your computer. I am 71 years of age and I find the ION Tape Express really easy to use.
Question:	I installed, and re-installed 3x time today because every time i go to open it,it tells me to install itunes, which i do, over and over. help
Answer:	I had the same problem. It appears that it is trying to install a version of iTunes that is outdated or that the current version of iTunes is not compatible/recognized by this converter. That is why I threw the one I bought in the trash. I did keep the headphones as this is the only useful part of, what is in my opinion, hunk of junk. My advise is to pitch it and consider what you paid an expensive lesson. I know I did.
Question:	I tried recording some tracks and thought it was working. But when I went to I tunes and tried to play them there was no sound. Any suggestions
Answer:	I know this is an old post, but thought I would add my two cents. I had the same issue. My computer showed that the item was recorded. I could see the levels on the speakers indicating the track was being played but still had no sound. I tried just unplugging the headphones from the Ion Tape Express per an earlier suggestion, but that didn't work either. I then unplugged the Ion from the computer, and bam! I had I sound. I think as long as the Ion is still connected via USB it is using that for playback. Once you unplug the USB it will play through computer. Hope that helps. I just transferred a track from a home recording that a friend and I did 22 years ago and it came out great!

Answer:	In my opinion no. They size is very convenient and probably enough sound for one dough out but not two and stands. You need to research the Ion Explorer Outback. That one would most definitely have the punch and then some that your looking to accomplish. Also battery life on the express has been 4+ hours in my experience at a max volume where the Explorer 40+hours. All in all the express might leave you wishing you had dropped the additional dime for the bigger unit. The m happy with both. Don't get me wrong. I'm happy with the express. I use it when working on the yard etc. and great sound but for what your asking the Explorer outback would be my choice.

Answer:	Mine is the 100 watt power and the only other I’ve used wasn’t. I think it’s better and use it often.

Answer:	Whoa, the plus does Not have wheels, note : the person carrying it in the description.. I own the original tailgater it's very solid in construction with reinforced corners. However because of how solid it is it's heavy ( at least for me I'm smalI) the quality of it sound imho can't be beat & since I bring music into nursing homes I always wished it had a built-in trolley. The the construction of the plus appears more delicate and comes in much lighter at 11 lbs versus the older model at 17 lb.. For the wheels you would have to upgrade two Ions raptor or path finder model.. hope that helps..
Question:	Can the radio be disconnected permanently
Answer:	Disconnected?? I mean the radio is only on if you turn the radio on. I don't know why you would want to disconnect it. There is a button marked radio. Only when you push it and turn the radio on does it come on, so if u never push that button I guess u could say that the radio is disconnected permanently.

Answer:	My first shower with this product using as a liner for shower curtain my shower curtain had water on it.One spot about 1ft square im not happy i just washed my curtain.So i sprayed water directly onto liner water sprayed right through.Over time soap that i normally spray off will now embed in my curtain.The company uses words like Water repell and water resistant so i googled that when it is water resistant they are to use a film or treatment i dought it does.But i shouldn't have to buy a Peva liner for another liner.Nice looking but seller should be more open and or further improve product.

Answer:	I am sorry to hear you purchased an iON SnapCam. Burst Mode is not time lapse. In Burst Mode, it takes 5, 10, etc. pictures in 1 second. However, Burst Mode doesn't actually work, nor does most anything they claim it does.If you've gotten this far, you are well beyond what a typical user can achieve. The manual (page EN-10) says to enable Time Lapse Mode, you must use your cell phone and SnapCam App. Unfortunately, there is no time lapse option (and the Burst Mode doesn't do anything at all). Great hardware (video quality is great), but the software/firmware/manual must be some of the worst on the planet. Epic failure. To those reading DO NOT PURCHASE.Getting the iPhone app to even connect is undocumented and almost impossible. Start the app, and pick your SnapCam icon (it will be something like Snapxxxx.). Then you have to do a Bluetooth pairing request (usually VWW01). After that, you'll hear a long beep. Next, if that even worked, you'll have a different option screen, and you can pick the top left SnapCam icon. Doing so results in a message something to the effect of "Go to iPhone Settings & Conenct to Wi-Fi Name: SnapCam_xxxx, Password 123456789". Wait several minutes, because the Wi-Fi option does NOT connect to YOUR wi-fi, it has its own server. So, wait a few minutes then go to Settings on your iPhone and eventually, you will see the the Snap_xxxx Wi-Fi network. Connect with the password "123456789". It will probably fail a few times, but eventually it might work. After all that, switch back to the SnapCam app, and I had to hit the back button, then try to reconnect and it worked. After all that, assuming it worked, you'll have the app connected and working giving you Record, Photo Burst, Snapshot, Short Record, Jump to to Media and Settings. Note there is no Time Lapse, and the last firmware update was October 2015 (even installing the firmware update is ridiculously hard). Even setting the date/time is ridiculously hard for a normal user. Despite the amazing amounts of negative reviews (Best Buy dropped it), they haven't even tried to update the firmware to address issues for almost 7 months now.Making the App even more worthless, if your phone locks itself, say after 1 or 5 minutes, it kills the connection and your camera stops working. Start all over again. One last comment is that when the battery dies, your entire video may be corrupt and unusable (1.5 hours of video memories lost forever), as it doesn't split into chunks, everything is lost.I've tried Technical Support and it appears to be non-existent. Almost seems like the company abandoned the product, but they don't mind continuing to sell it to unsuspecting victims...Just my opinion but I HIGHLY ADVICE READERS TO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.
