Answer:	It has a power cord and battery for backup in case power goes out. I have never used it on just batteries, so do not know how long it would last. Great unit though. The shaker goes off for a second or 2 then idle for a couple seconds then shakes for 2 or 3 seconds and so on. I smack the snooze button and it starts shaking again in 10 min. I do not use the sound or lights for alarm.

Connection Pairing Issue

TB200 earbuds are designed to automatically restore the connection with the last paired device when it is powered on. To restore connection, put the earbuds back into the case, close the lid and take them out after 15 seconds. If this does not resolve the problem, reset your Bluetooth on your device while the earbuds are in pairing mode. You may need to restart your mobile device if this does not work.

Desync Issue

Whenever the TB200s are desynced from one another, reset the connection by tapping the center of both earbuds’ fives time and a beep sound will be heard.

Afterwards, touch and hold the center of both earbuds for 2 seconds until a “Power on” voice prompt is heard. This will indicate that the earbuds are reset and resynced.

Charging Issue

Place both earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. Once the earbuds are in the case, plug the Type-C USB cable to the charging case and connect it to a power adapter.

Charge the charging case with the earbuds within the case for 15 minutes; the earbuds will be ready to use after the time has elapsed.

Impacted Speaker Issue

The TB200 sound quality may decrease whenever dust or wax impacts the speaker mesh of the earbuds. Please make sure to check for impacted areas and clean the speaker mesh often to ensure good sound quality.

Desync Issue

TB100 earbuds are designed to automatically restore the connection with the last paired device when it is powered on. The simplest way to restore connection is to put the earbuds back into the case and take them out after 15 seconds.

If this doesn't resolve the problem, reset your Bluetooth on your device while the earbuds are in pairing mode. If this doesn't work, you may need to restart your mobile device.

Charging Issue

Place both earbuds in the charging case for 15 seconds then remove them; both earbuds will automatically power on for use.

Please make sure the case and earphones are charged. To confirm the case’s battery strength, plug in your USB charger and four LED’s will indicate the charging case is fully charged. If no LED’s are lit, please confirm your USB adapter plugged in and the wall outlet is working.

Secure Fit Issue

Choose from one of the three ear tips for the best fit and insert the correct earbud into the corresponding ear.

The earbuds are marked with either a L (Left ear) or R (Right ear) because each earbud is specifically angled to perfectly fit your ear shape.

Once the earbuds are inserted into your ear, slightly twist and turn clockwise to secure the fit; adjust as needed.

Impacted Speaker Issue

The TB200 sound quality may decrease whenever dust or wax impacts the speaker mesh of the earbuds.

Please make sure to check for impacted areas and clean the speaker mesh often to ensure good sound quality.

Please note: Do not put the earbuds into the charging case when wet.

Answer:	The 30 foot refers to how far away the sensor senses movement. The 1/2 mile refers to how far the base unit can be from sensor and still alert you.

Answer:	Volume control is variable, from 0 to moderately loud at full volume. (I wish it were louder. I'm old!) There is NO LIGHT on the Base Unit which would flash to alert you of motion. The alert is AUDIBLE ONLY. (There is a power "ON" light, but no other light on the BASE UNIT.) There is an LED in the SENSOR, which flashes when motion is detected. Remember, the sensor might be up to a half-mile from the base. Obviously, from that distance, you will not see it. You can barely see it when you are standing near the sensor. The item description is poorly written, implying that there is a light (on the base unit) that flashes when motion is detected. There is not. The LED inside the sensor is there to help with setting up the system, not to provide any visible alert.In any event, it is a good product, works well, and I would buy it again if I needed to.
Question:	How do you adjust sensitivity of the motion detector?. I am getting lots of false alarms
Answer:	I bought two base and 16 sensors in 2019. HEAT sets them off. Mine goes crazy when I burn leaves. Mine has two sensitivity adjustments. On the inside of the sensors, there is a tiny red switch. Up or down adjust the sensitivity from low to high. Batteries last me a year except for the one by my front door because of the amount of traffic. But it still lasts 10 months.
Question:	Hi, can I buy two sets and have both sensors equally report to either receiver? I need a receiver in the bedroom and one in the kitchen 60 ft away
Answer:	Just set it up to do this today. The deer tested it out for me after I set it up. Note that for some reason the receivers don't get the signal at the same time.
