Answer:	About 30 seconds. On high heat it's even faster. I have one knee that has no cartalidge in the patella and I use it all night on low heat. In the morning and all day I'm pain free. This thing is better than sliced bread. Better than cortazone shots.

Answer:	The battery pack is not included. I already had one. I wanted to wear the heated knee brace on my way to my physical therapy appointments. I carried a medium size tote bag. It held the battery pack, cord & the brace when I took it off. It worked well for me, keeping my knee "warmed up" on chilly mornings.

Answer:	There are 16 shiatsu balls in the mat, but only located in the neck. Not reach the entire body. If you are going to buy a mat with entire body, i would like to recommend you to buy a sitting shiatsu mat. All bed mat does not with shiatsu balls in all parts. As you know, if all parts with shiatsu balls, it is not possible to lay down for shiatsu, it hurts here and there because the weight of body.
