Answer:	The ceiling? I don't think it will hold long on a horizontal ceiling as it is heavier than the 2nd gen Dot. Maybe if you use an additional adhesive to prevent the weight from letting it fall? But any vertical wall will be better! It can hear you very well even if its in a random corner

Question:	What's the difference between this and the original one? I don't see the heat makes this model the "plus" anywhere
Answer:	I would not recommend this unit for a motorcycle. First, 90% sure it isn't waterproof or water-tight. Second, the display is easy to read in a vehicle cab, but would be hard to see on a morotcycle. Third, the control buttons are pretty small. Not bad in a car, but would probably be hard to press while riding.

Answer:	The standard for stereo jacks is 3.5mm and the unit has one. However it is intended as an output for a stereo system/powered speakers, etc. So if you are intending to use it with headphones, adjusting the volume is not straightforward.

Question:	What is the email for the customer service
Answer:	Yes it can. The speaker works both in the "plugged in" mode and battery mode. I have noticed that the speaker cuts off power, and the Dot is no longer in standby at random times, when plugged in. I then have to re-plug the unit in, and let the Echo Dot go through resetting itself. Has anyone had this problem? For myself, being hearing impaired, the sound is far better than just the Echo Dot's speaker. The volume at mid level more than fills the room. I like the portability and the sound it imparts the Dot.

Answer:	Hi there. I do not have an issue with the charge light so I guess my question back to you would be does it still charge the unit after you have been disconnected for a period of time (ie., is it just the light or does it not charge). I do keep my unit plugged in at all times and only disconnect when I want to have a mobile unit. I would also chek my connections...the one from the power cord to the battery does not always sit right and I need a pass or two to make sure it is secure

Answer:	The lights on mine are broken. SOmetimes come on, sometimes nothing. Also, I cant get the unit detached from my echo. Beware, its a permanent addition unless you want to saw the thing off.
