You only need (one) adapter for your entire speaker system BECAUSE you plug the adapter into your receiver via optical or RCA connection. Your receiver must have either optical or RCA inputs. You will need to purchase the appropriate input cord to do so. If you use RCA connection you will need 3.5mm plug into dual RCA connectors. Easily found on Amazon. If you are using this on a computer media system you may have a 3.5mm input for audio. In that case a 3.5mm to 3.5mm plug is used. It is a wonderful adapter. I use it specifically to send digital music from my phone to my old school analog vintage stereo receivers.

Answer:	The RoyPow converter is rated for 15 amps. You could try but I won't recommend it. It can operate a window motor for a car, if that helps determine if it's powerful enough for your application. But I have never used it for an air compressor.

Answer:	The longest Popcat meme recording I could find was only a ten hour loop. So obviously I’ve had to constantly hit repeat on it. Still looking for a 72 hour version. After constantly having to hit repeat after every ten hours for weeks, it seems fine. It handles the more blues-ey jazz alright, but after 3 seconds of rare basement bootleg acid jazz deep cuts, it threw itself into the toilet and flushes itself. Several weeks later, it was rumored that a sewer alligator was seen wearing a black turtleneck, beret, tiny square sunglasses, and a cardigan.

Answer:	Watts doesn't really tell you how loud it is and is almost a worthless spec without the other specs to go along with it. What you want is SPL which is what you really hear/feel and the Bose states the S1 Maximum SPL @ 1m is 103 dB (109 dB Peak). In comparison, a decent mobile DJ PA is around 132 SPL, at least mine are :) Still though that doesn't cover quality of sound but since it's Bose you already know that the quality is decent.

I have not used the "eco" setting, but I'm pretty sure that it will not be as bright as you require, considering that you are looking for a "small footprint". Using the standard settings, it is very good for well-lit rooms.

If the devices connected to either the optical or coaxial digital inputs (such as your TV or BluRay player) are on and active, then the CineMate will play the digital input. But if the device connected to the CineMate through the digital input(s) are off, then it will play the Apple Air Port audio device connected to the RCA L/R input.
