Question:	The sound quality of the bike speaker is great, is there a good way to turn up the sound
Answer:	No you can’t turn up the sound. I returned it for a refund. Not happy with the low quality of the sound.

Answer:	The capacity of the speaker battery is 1050mAh and it will be playing for about 5 hours when fully charged. And the battery itself has passed strict aging test so it can be recharged for many times and won't died easily.

Answer:	You can leave the clamp on but detach the speaker. The clamp that holds the speaker is attached by a plastic ring that screws around your handle so removing that portion often may be a bit annoying.

Answer:	I've never had to replace my battery, but I am sure there is a way to do it.

Answer:	All you can do is turn it on and do a scan from your phone or other device. There is no force pairing mode. It has an sd card slot so you could play directly from that if it doesn't pair.

Answer:	To your bike, yes. But to a single phone or device, no. Phone's can't connect to 2 blutooth devices at the same time... Question:	I need a replacement band..any sugggestions
Answer:	Did you try searching the internet for the company name GACIRON, the name should be on the front of the speaker. I have the pamphlet but it is in Chinese. If you can't find anything I would use a large rubber band and use it like the band you had, put it around the handle bar twice to hold it in place and wrap each end around the speaker, it should work.

Once I've set up the bluetooth on my phone and press the power button on the device it says "paired" and then I can start my music. Maybe your bluetooth signal is weak or it's in and out of range?

Question:	Will the mounting bracket be easily damaged
Answer:	I returned mine because it was too small to activate any of the burners on my inductions stove. It would only work with an induction disk. In addition, the Stainless Steel is low quality and rusts. Therefore, I ended up getting the traditional aluminum Moka Express instead and use it daily with an induction disk. The aluminum one works great, does not rust and is cheaper! Triple win!
Question:	Do you need to buy a battery separately
Answer:	It sounds like not enough heat to get the water boiling, or there is a blockage, so the water/steam can't get through to the top. I always put mine on fairly high heat - making sure to keep the handle away from heat. CHECK THE FOLLOWING: 1) make sure that the threads of the top are not clogged by grains of ground coffee. 2) make sure that your filter (between top and bottom) isn't clogged 3) make sure that the top and bottom are tightly sealed - no ground coffee on the rubber gasket. There should be a LITTLE bit of water left in the bottom - if the bottom is completely dry, you let it boil too long.

Answer:	if it's not defective and you think you tighten it tight enough, there are a couple of things that can make it shoot out steam from the center seam. There might be some coffee ground spilled on the top edge of the little strainer or on the outer rim of the reservoir preventing a tight grip. You might be filling the reservoir too much with water and it makes it overflow when boiling. Or this happened to me when I first got mine, the little Calvin the outside of the reservoir might be slightly pushed in, in which case try to brew clear water for a couple of times at high heat to help it pop out. In fact try the clear water anyway to see how the pot behaves, which is a good way to maintain your pot free of coffee residue in the funnel. Hope this help.
